    • I really liked the hotel’s location — it was just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient.
    • We stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend this property to others. Antonio at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All of staff was great as well. The breakfast was fantastic with all kinds of options to select from. Beach was very short walk just steps away from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay.
    • I very much appreciate help of the receptionists Elena and Erica. Elena was so caring to find me a cheaper transfer back to the airport and found an excursion agent. Erica told about the route to go to Jupiter temple. The sea is 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Umbrella and bed - 8-10 EUR for the whole day.

    Cons -

    • While I appreciated the hotel's great location near the beach, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming, and overall, things were quite overpriced for what was offered. We also noticed that pool rules and hygiene standards didn’t seem to be consistently enforced, which made us hesitant to use the facility (they let a woman wearing hijab and regular clothes rather than any swimwear into the pool). Clearer guidelines would help ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests.
    • My personal inconvenience was that there is no extra socket for the laptop near the table. I had to switch off the mini bar for switching on the laptop. Besides, in my view, breakfasts are the same each day. But I do not complaint:) - this is just my opinion.
    • poor room if you search for luxury

small hotel with minimum service, but it makes you feel like back to the 80s or 90s pool is nice and car parking is good, very near to the beach

poor room if you search for luxury

The pool was great. Food was good. Pool staff very nice.

Beds were horrible. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Parking was a mess. Difficult to get close to hotel.

You will not find a better hotel that has everything you need. Pool, beach establishment option, secure parking lot, excellent restaurant.

The location was perfect. Close to beach but still not too far from town. Going to Circeo was also an option. Really fresh and various well-made alternatives for breakfast. There was something that suited all of one of us. The coffees were exquisite! We really liked the fact that they were always available sunbeds by the pool, and that the atmosphere was always very calm and relaxing with children playing. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, in the restaurant, by the pool and in the reception.

Great pool and out door area, staff, very friendly, helpful etc. Food limited menu, ate once, steak wasn’t the best. Room big enough, for 2, 3 slightly cramped. Shower was very poor.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, proximity to the beach and city centre. The purple square is within walking distance.

Close to the beach and a typical Italian large hotel that I'm thinking caters to large groups, really clean and everything you need with a great pool although really bad wifi in the rooms and breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs to due the large group coming in and eating them all>>> The kitchen could not replace the scrambled eggs although they offered us boiled eggs? not sure how that works but they had other typical selections. Great hotel for a one or two night stop and really close to a large number of fabulous local restaurants.

The wifi in the rooms could be better and stronger as it kept dropping out. I was there on work which made working in my room a little inconvenient.

Pool looked good but didn't use it. Beach looked good but too early in year. Breakfast was good except when coach party beat us to it!

Noisy coach party. Long walk to town, early in the year very few restaurants open nearby, some said they were open on their web sites and actually weren't!

The location was nice and close to the beach The one receptionist was very helpful , a quite large gentleman who spoke good english.

The rooms were sub standard with no sound proofing between rooms .The breakfast staff did not keep the supply of food topped up , and didn't clear the tables until you left the dining room .

Pool and area surrounding were fantastic. Most staff members were very helpful, friendly and welcoming - reception, wait staff, pool guards, cleaners. The location was good although quite a way from the old historic area. Scrupulously clean. Peaceful surroundings, well maintained. Good staff recommendation for a fantastic restaurant along the seafront. Good buffet selection at breakfast, staff remembered choices, the restaurant seemed very popular at lunch and dinner too. Nicely appointed building and grounds including pool, quiet location. Great pizzeria next door!

One staff member on checking in was somewhat patronising and not particularly helpful, and we had to wait for our room despite informing them of our arrival after 7 hours of travelling including them booking the 1.5+ hour taxi airport journey, which really made a bad and upsetting first impression. Luckily he wasn't on duty again until the day prior to leaving. Some elements of the hotel were not our expectations of a 4 star standard.Shower/bathroom was not great, small with a couple of broken fixtures. No organised trips or transport to areas of interest around Terracina, seems car hire is the only way to do this as metered taxis to.other historic towns are very expensive, as is the taxi airport shuttle.

    Breakfast was exceptional.

There seems to be an issue with their banking provider, my visa and MasterCard were not accepted for payment, my husband attempted to pay with his visa and mc and same issued came up. I have been in Italy for six days and my visa and mc (including my husband's) to date have never been denied that is my only issue with the hotel.

I like the kind and friendly staff, the swimming pool, the great location and the great food choice. I like also the possibility to park the car.

Cappuccino in the morning was almost only foam (half the cup). I suggest to go back to normal amount of milk/coffee + foam as required

It's very close to the beach ⛱️ and we enjoyed

This hotel staff was not friendly, need more friendly and especially restaurant waiter not so friendly.

    8JanePosted on: 7-24-2023

Lovely hotel with amazing pool. Ideal location for beach and beach bars. Lovely breakfast. Pizza place next door was amazing. Bike hire at reasonable prices.

Pool attendant was unhelpful and many of the sun loungers were broken.. unsafe. Over priced drinks.

The location is great and personnel is friendly.

The furniture and stuff are old, the breakfast buffet is not varied
