Location was excellent very clean room and hotel staff very friendly

They charged me 2.50euro per day of taxes which had already been paid when I booked. I found it was taking advantage of people!!

Loved the view, bike hire was very useful, staff were great, room was clean and overall we had a lovely stay. An older fashioned style hotel but very much in keeping with the rest of the areas architecture and era, while being comfortable and clean. Made a change from the cookie cutter hotels we often end up in.

Room was very small, even for just two of us.As others have said, 16 euro for the beach access with 2 loungers and umbrella, on top of room cost, was too much and should be included. However, the beach was spotless, peaceful, and lovely.You need a swim cap for the pool, which most tourists don't travel with, and we weren't told ahead of time. I had to fight the front desk who wanted to charge me 3 euro for it, but they ended up giving it to me for free, which I appreciated.It's a quiet town, not too much else around, which suited us well. We had a car and drove to the more lively town of Sperlunga for a romantic dinner on the water.

We really enjoyed the balcony and sea view. The restaurant provided good food and service. We are at both and we’re very pleased with our meals.

The rooms had limited services - no tea or coffee, no tissues, plastic glasses. The bar was stingy with the ice.

First girl I encountered at reception wasn’t very pleasant. Didn’t smile and was rude

bed was too hard. Breackfast was the most boring breakfast i have ever had at a hotel.

I'm travelling because of work. So for me it was important to have a little desk in the room, wifi worked perfectly well and I had a nice view on the inner side of the land.

The shower was tiny and at no real shelf to put you stuff on it. And the hairdryer was not very powerfull.

Super clean and well maintanaced. I want to take additional time to say that the cleaners did amazing job, no dust lying around anywhere. Bedrooms were cleaned every day.

Breakfast was average, beds very hard and uncomfortable. I could have lived with that, but the attitude towards us by the staff was not pleasant. Children were not allowed to play by the pool, even though we kept an eye on them all the time to make sure that they are not distracting other guests. Plus, we were almost alone by the pool. Also at first we were allowed to leave our towels by the pool, but later we were told that it is not allowed. Rules changed constantly and we felt uncomfortable…

It was close to the beach

You had to pay to sit on the beach. The beds were very uncomfortable. Our air conditioning didn't work

it was clean and the staff were very helpful. it is an excellent location.it was disappointing to have to pay to use the beach. The area to sit and enjoy a drink overlooking the beach was excellent.

The shower was very small and the doors falling out. No space to put personal belongings in the room and nowhere to put shampoo in the shower. The room was not big and the bed very low with springs. Not very comfortable.Breakfast was not very rich.

it’s could location if you just want to relax by the sea . but it’s not easy to go from there to the city Center without a taxi . which you also need to ask for

What an amazing experience the staff was wonderful starting from the front desk to dining room staff and beach staff always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for someone traveling solo made me feel safe I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Absolutely nothing perfect

The pool and the beach is amazing. It has a lovely long stretch of sandy beach. The resturant is excellent with its lovely staff.

Bathrooms are very run down.

Hotel have own beach, and they have really nice terrac and outside sofas where sit and relax. Reception is working good and they was helping for all questions.

Please change you beds! They are super bad and uncomxortable! Also the breakfas was small and not tasty. Quality was low and food tast strange.

The Lifeguard at the hotels pool (Luigi) is a gent of guy, I met him a few times their over the years staying and he was always sharp and A+ staff were in general very good and location is as always glorious overlooking the sea. Thank you again

Beautiful location, nice pool area and beach bar with good selection and prices. The pizzeria next door was really good. Nice balcony and beautiful view. Staff was helpful but we had some communication challenges since not everyone spoke English very well.

Beds were very hard. Breakfast was not tasty at all, coffee was not very good and the eggs were terrible. Lots of sweets to chose from if you like that for breakfast. We ordered a taxi to the train station when going home, it was confirmed by hotel staff and was going to be 20 euro. Taxi didn’t arrive on time, they had to call another taxi which came 20 minutes later and ended up being 27 euro. Almost missed our train to the airport as well. Small bathrooms.
