The location is amazing followed by the Privacy the balcony again with the view and the cool room and hats off to the Receptionist Chetan he is an amazing guy who helped us with a smooth check in.

1 thing I dint like was the Guy at the Reception for Night shifts he is all the time on his phone and is least bothered to handle or answer politely to whatever we ask. Need proper training and need to be focused at work.

Comfortable and hygienic stay. well trained staff, so clean and hygiene.

Terrible management

We initially booked one night on booking.com and wanted to extend our stay on check in. We were told by the desk staff not to extend it on booking.com but arrange with the desk later. The following day we were out early and got a call during the morning saying we had to pay an additional night or they would remove the bags. We explained we would pay on reaching back to the hotel and were staying longer, but when we got back we found that all belongings of the person staying were collected together from the room and left in the foyer area, with valuables visible. We had several rooms booked and had paid for those in full. We experienced significant separate issues on every single one of these bookings. Hopeless service.

The hotel is based in a rural setting.

This was without doubt the worst hospitality experience I have ever had and I am used to basic hotels. The manager was unhelpful to the point that I found it insulting. After being required to pay the full balance of my 5 day stay in cash before being allowed to check in, they were unable to provide a written receipt of payment at any point, even on check out. Despite requesting a receipt every day, the manager argued to the end of the earth that this was not unreasonable. I am very suspicious of the accounting system of this establishment and I am appalled by the way we were treated as guests.In addition the breakfast was poor, there were cockroaches in my room every night, and the matrass had the sharp end of a spring that shot upwards when sitting on the edge of the bed and could cause injury.

Nightmare service on the desk

As existing guests on another booking, the desk staff was extremely unhelpful as we tried to book an additional room at 11pm at night for our friend. They insisted there were no rooms available and turned us away to look for another hotel somewhere else. We were in a rural place and the chances of finding somewhere so late presented a major challenge and disruption. After 5 minutes I checked on booking.com which said there was a room available and allowed me to book. We went back in and he pulled a key from the cupboard and said the room was available. He could have simply told us to check booking.com for availability, but instead he turned us out to the night. The lack of thoughtfulness or consideration was so shocking. This person should not work in hospitality. When raised to the manager our concerns were dismissed and we were made to feel as if it was our fault. Incredibly disappointed with the level of service.

The peaceful atmosphere

Asked for towel whilst checkin as had only one but never got it till next day when ur housekeeping staff comes for cleaning

Staff was very rude and main reason if you book through booking.com or oyo and if you selected 3 person in 1 room then at property they charge you for extra person after paying in online for extra person you still need to pay extra to get the mattress for extra person, worst experience regarding this.

Room size is fine and bed is good.

Customer service is bad. Hospitality is very bad, property manager and receptionist are not honest . Break fast complementary/ paid the food is bad. While the rooms are available they are not arranging for early check in/ late check out even for pre booking full payment is done. Their Motive is money they take money and the service is gad . I don't recommend to my friends/ family.

Worst property.I came here with my wife and 2 year old daughter.At reception I was told that we cannot accept booking because we dont give rooms at this price. Whereas I have paid the partial payment and confirmed booking. After talking to owner who was extremely rude and directly refused me to give room customer service from oyo arranged me new room which at last was nice room idex goa and staff was really supportive.Dont ever try to book room from this property because more than anything the property owner begs for money.

Clean spacious rooms.

OYO service has always been pathetic. Hotels do not consider online booking. The staff at counter was very unhelpful and was talking if he is doing obligation for giving me a room. He did not allow to see the room until paid in full. No room service . Asked for water and it did not reach ever. The location of the property is very very far from main beach and market. Only if u have a car then take this property. You won't even get cab from beach to hotel after 8pm. The booking told complementery breakfast but reception guy refused for it stating that they don't have kitchen. Strange.Overall highly dissatisfactory stay. Will never recommend.

The room was clean. The AC worked. Wifi was functional. Played 480p you tube videos without barely any buffering. No hassles with the staff as I didn't deal with them much. Only used this property to sleep. Located in the middle of nowhere but I knew that when i booked it. A few kms from the beaches though. You can order from Zomato but only found veg options for that area. Better buy your own food, drinks and snacks while visiting this place. The road leading upto this place maybe confusing so check in before dark. Didn't get any Jio network indoors.

The mattress was a soft cotton mattress, not the foam mattresses that give support to your back. Woke up with back pain.The patio shown in the pictures is non existent.
