The stay at VIVA was disappointing.The room was big but it was dumped with lotl of unwanted furniture.The towels given are not clean.The toiletries given are insuffucient. They provided a small soap. No shampoo, paste or brush.The bath room is water logged. Pipes got leakage.Due to leakage and water logging I asked them to change my room. But they refused to change.Then I found that hot water facility is not there, they began to repair. But they could not repair.Then they gave me another room.Here also the hot water facility is damaged.Very poor quality hotel.Such a hotel is not expected from Booking. ComThe behaviour of staff also not good.Poor... Poor... Poor...

Worst experience ever.
The breakfast was very bad. The idlys served were not hot, the sandwiches were just a name sake. If ordered coffee or tea, it took one hour for delivery to room. Overall the room wasn't clean. Bed spreads and comforters not washed. Dint expect this from the hotel. No wifi in the hotel.
