From the moment I stepped into the W Hotel, I was blown away by the impeccable atmosphere vibrant, luxurious, and effortlessly chic. Every detail, from the décor to the service, reflects a commitment to excellence and style. It’s more than just a hotel; it’s an experience.But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Sibi Mathew. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were unmatched. Sibi went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect from the smallest requests to the overall comfort of my stay. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to creating a memorable guest experience.A massive thank you to the entire W Hotel team and a very special thank you to Sibi Mathew. You turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I’ll definitely be back, and recommending this place to everyone I know.

Fantastic location and Property! Amazing huge room and awesome breakfast! The employees were truly wonderful and made our stay just great! Also the sunsets at the Rock Pool Bar by the beach with very good DJ. Loved it!

Charged 12 thousand extra and after I recognised they said it’s just a mistake. Take 5 thousand for laundry as cloths are 8or 9 “.so I would recommend son go this resort full of lies.

Highlight of the property was the sunset point. Breakfast was superb with good food quality and good spread.Pool was good and we did family pool activity on both days.

we had dinner at "Spice traders" , The food was good however we were disappointed with the two parts,1. Without informing us , they billed us for 3 bottles of Water which we didn't even order. And we had no clue that it was chargeable.2. We had requested the chef to prepare a separate Noodles for my daughter (2 yrs) without any vegetables or spices. And they charged us for that too and full amount.

The property is truly stunning... our cottage was incredibly spacious, with a large open area in front with a beautiful view. The kids really enjoyed running around and playing there. The beach was just a few minutes' walk from our room, making it a wonderful experience.

The staff's attitude felt a bit half-hearted, lacking the warmth and genuine smiles that make guests feel welcome and comfortable. For a hotel of W's stature, I expected much better.

No hot water, mould in the bath tub, extremely poor room service as well as always late golf cart service to the beach (had to wait for 20-25 mins on an average), delayed check in by 3.5 hours, extremely arrogant staff (including rooms director and the people at the front office desk). We were 2 families (traveled from Sydney) with 3 kids and experienced an extremely sub-par hospitality (not even closer to 3 star grade). We aren't returning to this W hotel in Goa; a very disappointing one compared to the international W properties.

over priced

we had two rooms 2306 and 2307. The fire alarm kept on going off and on in middle of night. We could not sleep and told the satff with no response. Rooms are old and the property needs update, It should not be W.

Only thing that i didn't like was the view from the room.

w had a good view point, the breakfast was good but i cant really think of a lot of positivies the property feels old but well maintained

the property was ok, i think it has lived its life and time for an upgrade, the pool did not have tempreture control, for the price we are paying this should be minimum.

Shabby Run down Room. Paint peeling off. Damp smell. No pressure in the shower. Smelly Bathroom. Absolutely rubbish

Great location and exceptional staff.

Cleanliness was a major letdown. The hotel is due for a major restoration and renovation as there are water leaks and rust in the common areas, spa and the bathrooms to be specific. Hope the hotel addresses these concerns to provide a better experience for future guests.

What kind of chef did u guys hire?? how can u put normal bread and name it as sourdough ? chef didnt have a face when i asked him about the sourdough,.you guys should reduce the spread and focus on quality, dont just have wide spread buffet for name sake with low quality ingredients and fake names.you cannot sleep peacefully in the room, too many sounds and sound proofing is next to ZERO, also a huge sound come up every few minutes, so big as if the building is collapsing. is this is luxury property or a 1* hotel? still serving water is plastic bottles

The cleanliness is exceptional, the breakfast is really hearty and the choice is really huge. The quality of the food is super good. The rooms are generally very good and clean.

All the taps leak water and drip on the shower floor and the sound of dripping disturbs sleep.
