Everything was perfect. All the staff was really great and made our stay great

Everything but liked was the pool

Only concern or feedback family room should have 2 bathrooms and there should be lock to the bathroom doors

This was the second time I stayed in Hard Rock hotel and loved it again. Great location and great staff.

Can't think of anything

The staff at hotel, particularly Rohan, Liam, and the rest of the restaurant breakfast team, are absolute stars. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made the experience a highlight, elevating the overall stay.However, there are significant issues that need addressing. The hotel's taxi monopoly is a serious problem—outside taxi services are not allowed, which feels restrictive and inconvenient for guests seeking more affordable or flexible options. Additionally, the property is in need of maintenance. The facilities, while spacious and well-designed, show visible signs of wear and tear that detract from the experience. The rooms are generously sized . Another notable issue is the sliding doors to the bathroom, which lack locks. This is particularly inconvenient for those staying with family, as it compromises privacy.Overall, the exceptional staff is a saving grace, but the taxi restrictions, maintenance issues, and lack of bathroom door locks are major drawbacks. Improvements in these areas could make this hotel a standout choice.

Bad everyday same food no change.

Food, some staff members, kitchen chef was so arrogant.

The only positive is location .

The room was damp and full of mosquitoes.The property is pretty old and it reflects into rooms as well, the room shows signs of wear and tear everywhere

BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD WAS EXCELLENT. POOL WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. AMBIENCE WAS GREAT

Property was clean, staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help at all times. Guru was always ready to help with our bags and guided me to the gym area whilst I waited for my room to be ready and they allowed me to check in before 3pm. Mitali and Vilatha were very informative, knowledgeable and always ready to help with whatever we needed. I requested a sharpener for my lip liner (as you do) and a sewing kit and I was amazed at their prompt response. Breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was lovely too. The pool was so much fun. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Hard Rock Hotel definitely rocks!

I think the music could’ve been better. It felt like elevator music. Bhangra music to liven it up would’ve been great. The bar staff did tell me they have no control over it as it’s connected to the hard rock satellite. Instrumental music is best kept for the lobby areas.

Breakfast was good and staff behaviour was also good specially "Mapuii". She was managing people very well even in very high traffic time and support mostly all people.Another staff boy in front desk "Sherry". He was also well supportive and very good behavour.

I did n't like the first night of stay in hotel becuase we found some small cockroach in room. But staff was very supportive and helped to changed the room. Thanks

EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AT HARD ROCK! It was my 9th or 10th stay in recent years! Staff makes the stay more delightful. Special mention for MEHRAJ , VALETY , YT and RAHUL.

The pool was so dirty the rooms had no windows felt very closed in

There is absolutely nothing to fault. Best hotel in Goa. Really thoughtful touches like the universal plug points make this an a* property. Breakfast had an impressive variety and the pool was amazing

Is it possible for the staff to be too helpful? It's a great hotel when the worst thing you can say is that you were helped too much haha

Rooms were spacious, and breakfast had a good spread.

The only concern would be the swimming pool arrangement area.

The pool side was good with music..The restaurant staffs were really good and were smiling all the time..The reception staff were also good

There are no games area or indoor games room

Excellent facilities & service in general. A very good resort like hotel.

Kalangute as a location is happening but very much unclean. Location is quite a distance from beach (1km+).

Dinner was truly excellent.

It was weigh too crowded during breakfast times. Staff was many times overloaded resulting in unhappy guests and long waiting times.
