The location was nice, the amenities and the beach were nice too.

The room was too small

Large property with access to the beach. Large pool with waterfall that’s relaxing and pool bar is quite good.

The only beautiful thing is the beach.

There's no ceiling fan in the room. They left a card which mentioned only once free drinking water is provided during the day & after that it will be charged. So many things to talk about but overall a disappointing experience.

Biggest pool I've ever seen. Quiet settings, family oriented. Private beach attached. Wonderful staff, shoutout to Emmanuel at reception and Nilesh from housekeeping.

No pool rules. People getting into the pool in full clothes. Swimsuit wearing should be strictly enforced

Would be nice if there were more AC in the lounge or maybe fans around the pool!

Good Property and Location, well maintained

Checkout process, the staff were too rude. It was like they wanted to throw us out of the property.AC was a problem for all 3 days temp was set as 19 degree the room temp was 26.1, Had to call the Technican multiple times even at 1AM in the morning.

The pool, the bed

Too big and too far away from everything. Had to do 2 separate bookings, first room garden view looked out onto a pile of rubbish and dirt and had no internet as so far away. Then changed to better room with lawn view but internet still not great. 3rd room pool view was nice. Breakfast was loud and noisy like a cafeteria so sit outside. The price was far too high but under the circumstances, I had no choice.

Huge disappointment, the rooms are extremely tired and need urgent and drastic renovation... This hotel seems to be stuck in the past.. Relying on its reputation from 20 years ago... The rooms need complete renovation.. How is this a 5 star resort???? More like 3 stars..... The Sea Queen in Colva was much much better...... And cheaper too. L

The rooms were extremely tired.. Our front door didn't lock as intended..... This hotel needs urgent renovation ASAP. Also hotel is huge...and so. Some people won't like the remotness of the central reception zone.... Also beach access requires a. Signature with a security guard....why???

It was a beautiful location and beautiful beach, We loved our stay in Zuri, The staff was good too.

The property is very huge and the location is excellent.

Management was zero. Service was very poor and the food very disappointing. For one thing need to call the reception several times.. And still the work will not be done... sadly they are not able to do justice to the place and the property..

The staff were on the whole great, the Fin restaurant was great , big shout out to Omkar and Sangresh. The tangerine bar was brilliant and again a big shout out to the staff there. On the whole staff were amazing, however the reception personnel need to improve . I asked for one of my rooms to be a twin room which they couldn't provide which never happened, also upon checkout I would emplore he staff to concentrate on the person in front of you , they try to serve multiple guests at the same time , thos caused an error upon checkout and I ended up paying for another guest extra costs- this got reversed straight away but led to me having to go through the process again and delayed my taxi ride to the airport. Please reception improve your focus on the customer as you are the face of the fabulous resort maybe a smile or two wouldn't go amiss. Maybe take the example of all your colleagues from the restaurants, soa, housekeeping and pool areas. I would have rated it a 10 but reception cost the point.

Zuri white has a huge estate and one can take long walks in the estate and in the beach.

I booked a premium deluxe room with a pool view at your hotel, but upon entering the room, I found it did not meet my expectations, especially the high price charged. I have stayed in many better hotels before at similar price points. Additionally, we were placed next to a wedding family /party that was celebrating various events outside our room and occupied the pool. There was extremely loud music played throughout the days and despite several requests and poor planning of room allocations, we were neither offered a room change or refund. This experience suggests that Zuri does not prioritise guest privacy. The hotel staff mentioned that it was a wedding season and the whole property has been booked. Had I know about such situation, I would not have booked a room at this property. The primary reason for a holiday is to find some peace of mind. While evening walks in the estate were enjoyable, we could only do these activities in the evening to escape the celebration and scorching heat in Goa. Further more, the hotel was very strict with check out policy. Despite repeated requests, we were only granted an additional one hr for late check out, and the staff showed no concern for our late flight, stating it was not our fault. We opted for the breakfast included option, but each day we had to stand for 30 mins waiting for a place to sit and have our breakfast peacefully. There were people waiting to finish so they could take our seats, which caused significant discomfort. Overall, given the high charges for our 3 day stay, I do not think Zuri is the right place for me in future.

There was a wedding at the hotel and it was noisy at night.

Territory. Its a big a nice view land. its probably all.

The hotel needs a renovation. The rooms are old and smelled old too. You will see popcorn on the walls (the paint is bubbled), the doors to the balcony are old wooden doors that are rotted and hard to use. The shower was old and extremely dirty to the point where I had to use flip flops to shower. The swimming pool was old and also extremely dirty, no matter how much they cleaned the leaves and such, the tiles were falling off the pool. It was screaming for a renovation. The food is different story. I understand that local culture influents for food assortment, but there was nothing to eat for 5* all inclusive resort! o short and limit fruits and vegies assortment, 2 sorts of cheese, omelet, sausage with dont have idea what meat inside, hard boiled egg and oatmeal. Cereals, milk... No yogurts, fish, meat... So poor choice. For dinner we used restaurant close to beach. Fresh food but overpriced. Even the soda costs a lot in this ALL INCLUDED resort. The beach is also separated story. To reach ocean you need to cross dirty tide rise/low ditch. The hotel' guests cross this stinking ditch back and forth. Looks like before it was kind of bridge, but its gone, and hotel does not care! The hotel Casino: pay for enter, bring your passport. Limit choice of machine. Taxi mafia, all guests mention it. There is a Russian travel agency agents (all female) where there (during our stay). I guess the resort does some advertisement in Russia to attract more guests. And of course, local wedding parties! This is a main goal of this hotel. We caught wedding ceremony. yes its a beautiful, but food on breakfast disappeared twice faster, and the breakfast area was so crowed. 2 nights drank guests from this wedding walking to their room with loud long talk.

Access to beach was little difficult. we had to step into two large pit full of water. This discourage kids and where reluctant to go to beach. But ofcourse we dont hold zuri responsible for it.

The lawns in the property were expansive and our room was right next to them. The beach was right outside the property and it was very good.

Staff didn't seem to be at the professional level of a 5 star property. Food was average.
