The Tubki Resort

Bedroom roomy. Has shower. Clean. Staff pleasant helpful. Breakfasts was good with nice selections. Perhaps yoghurt could be added?

Some things are beginning to decay like the sun-bed covers. Black grill parts missing from the gullies around the pool. Also some tiles missing around the manhole covers. Not safe.

Great apartment. Good facilities for cooking. Staff were very friendly.

A few issues with water.

We liked the spacious apartment and balcony and the friendly and helpful staff.Location was a short walk from beach and town so suited us really well

Good location. Very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast

Issue with bedbugs

Nice large room. Good shower. Spacious balcony. Huge bed. Breakfast was good, with a decent buffet.

It was expensive. But I was there in Christmas week so I imagine it would be cheaper at other times. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of town / beach along a busy road.

Rooms were clean, supporting staff and food was excellent.

All good

Very clean and convenient facilities. Lovely chillout pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location is a 7-10 month walk from main Patnem Road and beach.

They didn't provide free breakfast and was not upto the mark.Even booking.com charged us very high price which even not included breakfast.

Booking.com charged us very high price without including breakfast.

The location is at walkable distance from patnem Beach, which I felt less crowded than the palolem beach, palolem too is 2KM away, the resort has all necessary facility, with kitchen as well, overall very nice place.

Parking, though parking is there, it's right at the entrance on the main road, somewhat difficult to get your car in and out of parking.

Pool was great, room was big and clean with good a/c, nice spacious balcony and fantastic staff

Limited sun beds by the pool, could do with a lick of paint on the exterior

Breakfast was good, freshly made eggs to order as you like them. Quiet location, yet short walk to the beach and its many excellent restaurants. We had a comfy, spacious room with kitchen. The room also had a wonderful balcony for sitting and watching the world go by whilst sipping a cool drink.

Some guests left dirty plates outside their rooms which attracted cockroaches. The staff cleared the plates away once we notified them of the problem, but it would be good if they had been cleared without us having to notify them. You had to ask to have your room cleaned.

Location and property was decent.

The staff at the time of checkout was very rude. There was a change in room type at the time of check-in because we wanted all rooms next to each other. While they did that, they didn't mention the change in price for the room type and we paid for the deluxe room while we stayed in the standard room.

It was a good looking arrangement at first site. Rooms seemed to be spacious and comfortable. But got to know at night that the room had lots of bed bugs. So we checked out immediately next morning. Ours was a 2 nights stay but we just left next morning.

Rooms are infected with bedbugs. This was really not expected. I came back home yesterday but my belongings are still in my parking. I am scared that the bedbugs might get into my house after staying in this apartment.

Great Location, decent resort.. Room sizes are good. Food option could be better.

Breakfast spread

Suite room was good enough for family. Restaurant food is good. Room service was also good they had provided what ever we have requested including induction and vessels. It's accessible to the beach and location was good. Property was having the private parking.

Swimming pool is at the entrance and you won't feel privacy. Shower was not there at the pool. They can add more options for breakfast. Balcony mesh door was not cleaned properly.

Breakfast was good. Rates are ok. Not so high.

Broken tiles of the swimming pool will make you hurt. Rooms need pest control as they are full of cockroaches.

The location, the ambience and the space

Disappointing

Room charged very high. They took additional money. Breakfast also charged. Early check-in also charged.

Everything was good! It was pretty much the same I expected as it was during my last visit. So, guys, just keep going!

There were power supply cuts, but as I understood it was the problem for every Patnem hotel or restoraunt. And it's better to make a little refreshment of some stuff and rooms... But anyway it was good

We stayed at this property just for a night at the 2BHK apartment, during our vacation from Europe , but we are north Goans. we liked overall everything, there is nothing to complain.Highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to get away from a busy schedule. The place is very cozy, staffs are excellent especially Shubham one who works at the restaurant . They have in-house restaurant and Buffet breakfast, which is really a plus point.

Only the bathroom doors were worn out .
