The room shown in the picture and what I saw in reality were completely different. I don't have words to express how bad the lights and the room were. Please don't go on the pictures shown here. It is not even close to what you are seeing here. The entire hotel is not at par. Better to check out any other alternative. There was a worm in the swimming pool as well.

Our first trip to India, we loved it, great location, staff were lovely and could not do enough for us.

It's a little run down and we paid way too much compared to our friends who were staying at other properties.

No one should book this hotel pathetic ...no privacy, no secuirity

The hotel service is pathetic....staffs are very very unprofessional, zero zero secuirity , no privacy, they are forceing for taking local vehicle, they threatened to beat our driver ...which we booked from outside, pathetic pathetic , no one should book this hotel

Walk to the beach was easy. We love the plunge pool and the access to the larger pool across the street. Breakfast and the restaurant on location were great. Try the mint chicken!

Overall, we found Goa expensive and this hotel was pretty pricey, but we did really enjoy ourselves. Upon arrival we were told the rooms had Netflix, but it turned out that meant that there was access to login to Nexflix. haha

Loved how central it was to Patnem but also so so close to the beach! I visited in low season and it was so peaceful and quite. This is what I was looking got so it was perfect for me.

The private pool was probably knee deep, didn’t end up using it but they allowed us to use the pool opposite

The location and the place is quiet nice. Beach is less than 100 meters.The owner was very co operative. And even offered complementary refreshments.

There was some wierd smell in the room. And the food could have been better.Rest all was nice.

Great staff, especially sia at reception and nitin at the cafe. Rooms are big, the little pool outside is nice for cooling down in the afternoon. Cafe is pretty good. Location is great, in the thick of the action and yet not noisy. Mini fridge in room is handy.

In summer months the air conditioning is inadequate for the big room. And the metal style roofing makes the space hot. Not an issue from nov to feb

Rooms were as described in the pictures. Very cheerful, polite & helpful front office staff & hotel staff, that was always ready to assist with a smile.

Parking is listed on the amenities of the property, but there is no parking available.After a discussion with the staff & communication with their managers / owner's, the management agreed to pay for the parking space for my vehicle, as self had booked it considering parking is available. or property needs to clearly mention, "PAY PARKING" available.Breakfast is very lame, with just eggs & bread / Toast , bread butter being offered in the continental options.no inclusion of cold cuts, sausages etc.Me and my wife would walk down to the other restaurants for breakfast.Also the inhouse restaurant is very poor on communication, was unable to call them for room service & the listed numbers were being answered in places out of the state!!

Far too expensive for what it was. The structure and walls are so thin you can hear everything. The mattress was so old and damaged that when you lay on it you sunn to the bed base. The plunge pool didn’t have circulation. Bathroom smelled badly. There was a roof over the pool but not like in photo so was cold.

Rooms and washroom were clean and spacious. Good locality

The main reason why I got this room for this price is that their main attraction of private pool... but it was very dirty and unusable... there was construction going on in the property which was damn irritating as well.

Property is spacious and nice.

The description is not correct. We have booked villa with private pool but at the name of pool this is just like a tub which is not good at all.

The clean rooms

The location, there is zero views. The access is bad too. Jacuzzi is only for 20 minsIt’s too pricey for the rooms that they offer.

The facilities were modern, clean and met every need. The check in process was smooth. Staff were professional. The location was beautiful and the room was very well stocked and clean, the mini Pool was also very clean and very well maintained.

Nothing to like about this property

There is no such thing as room service, you have to go out everytime to ask for something.. DIdn't provided items as mentioned in the listing.. no iron, hairdryer, even after asking, these items were not providedthis so called pool is a joke, it's a tub for 1 person, with literally no space for other personHotel staff was just lazy.. avoid if you have an option

Loved every thing about this place. Hygiene, washrooms, surrounding restaurants, service. Everything was top notch. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Pics are not the actual representation of the room and the pool..bathroom was very bad with not toiletries. It's a make do property with no proper roof..made horrible noise as if the cloud has busted when it rained and spoiled my sleep.

cleanliness , bathroom smell , staff didn’t even clean the room in the 3 days that we stayed. I had to ask for towel the 2nd day because the room was not cleaned even once until we vacated.. very horrible stay experience
