Hotel Park Plaza

There is nothing ti like this hotel. No towels at bathroom, no daily housekeeping even after telling many times to clean. Staffs doesn't know anything and they only need money in advance . Not even worth for 2k per night. Toilet exhausts are in corridor. Stinky toilet smell all over the corridor

No Breakfast. They do not have restaurant or even a kitchen , no room service.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. Not even Towels, drinking water, toiletries etc. are provided. No hotel staff available to ask for something. Hotel is running by 2 security men who are also attending the entry door. No restaurant for lunch & dinner. Avoid this hotel, there are hundreds other options available in Goa.Binod Chandra Borah Guwahati

They don't have Restaurant service useless excuses give by 4 only 4 staff in 37 room's Ridiculous I had to stay because of my Event venue was near

Very poor I was charged with abt 4400 bt then th facilities were much less than a roadside teastall, waterflow from th taps r slow, lift's censors r not working will give u 3-4 seconds to get into nd then th door closes, ac doesnt work on complain th security guard tried to fix bt in vain, Rs 5 lux soap only in th name of toiletries, no tea/coffee kettle , towels nd bed sheets not properly washed havin stains nd spots on them ,breakfast very poor nd r served by th security guard ,500 ml bottle water of local make free , absolutely horrendous Sud abstain from visiting this hotel

Very bad experience

They have taken extra money and not given proper service.i booked three rooms but only two rooms I got.

I think lack of experience by staff how to manage hotels

Very worst hotel. There is no hosputislity by staffs . No have restaurants and room service Today morning 10.30am power failure in hotel . Till 1pm . No jenerator or nothing else 2 and half jours without power i check out and check in anothef hotel.

Location ia good but poor wifi connectivity and lack of restaurant facility.
