Staff was not as good as expected

The location and beauty of the beach access is very good. Morning walks and sea view vibes are memorising.

The property comes in expensive and luxury category that ways the buffet dinner served very ordinary and cold. We needed to ask waiter for hot food again and again. Also the housekeeping services were very delayed. You need to remind eveyrtime the number of guests staying in room to supply the required items.

The location and staff responsiveness

room design. toilet and bath design are bad. wash basin / sink is outside right next to the tea counter and no privacy of the bathroom areas!

I liked the Location, staff, hotel cleanness, good room and food diversity at restaurant. Particularly the promotion of local dishes

Breakfast was great but the staff were the most amazing. In particular Sneha , Shweta, Krishna, Yash , Clinton , Rozi , Rohan and Anamul from Housekeeping were fantastic.

Weather

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The stay was amazing Loved the experience.

Not clean. Facilities need a severe renovation. Room very small and no window to be opened.

Near the beach and bed

Many things let's start with the service in the buffet... Their priority is to serve foreign guests and Indian guests are secondary. Can't turn off the AC bcz...if we turn it off the entire entrance will become wet...don't know why...?? I asked for the cake for my wife's birthday in the evening around 6 pm they told me that they would check and inform me and again I had to follow up on that after that they informed me d that we have to order it in mornings only.... okay latter I have to give them an idea to just give some Brownie or something with birthday msg and they did not even ask for the name. Food was not as expected again 5-star hotel service

Location, staff attitude, room, ambiance.

Food in restaurant could be more varied, with some more local cusine. Parking space is tight.

The location is good..you have to just walk and u r there at the beach...the food was good, I liked everything about the food.

But the basic Amenities were lacking...towels were not good...our room was near reception ...there certain kind of smell...rooms were small.

Amazing location stunning ocean views and exceptional service, the staff was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. a truly relaxing and luxurious stay. Highly recommemded

The staff and service was amazing. The F&B Manager and the girls at reception work hard to please the guests. Loved the entertainment too.

We didn’t have a view. We expected tat being a “beach front” hotel. There were only 2 suites with a view which were booked.

It was a delightful surprise to be personally greeted by the General Manager at check-in, a touch that instantly made us feel valued and welcome. This commitment to exceeding expectations was mirrored by every member of staff we encountered.A special mention must go to Sukhdev, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our dining experiences were flawless truly elevated our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him or indeed any of the staff; their polite and helpful demeanor was consistent throughout our visit.Our room was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, it provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring or relaxing by the pool. Speaking of which, the hotel's location is idyllic. Situated directly on the beach, with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away, it offered a sense of serenity while still being conveniently close to local amenities.The culinary offerings at the Calungate Park Hotel were simply outstanding. The Christmas Day brunch was a magnificent feast, a true celebration of flavors and festive cheer. But honestly, every meal was a delight, from the beautifully presented breakfasts to the delicious à la carte options. The quality and freshness of the food were evident in every bite.The Park Hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and a stunning location. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another wonderful stay.
