Disappointing

Poorly managed property. Smelly, non functional rooms and services. Extremely Disappointing stay for three price we paid.

Only the sleep quality and climate control of the room. Swimming pool is well maintained because it is shared with a neighbouring hotel. It is not owned alone by Sandalwood.

Breakfast menu was lower than mediocre. We went to this place after 4 yrs thinking they will have improved, but they have decreased the standard and soon to disappear in the competition. Not at all with the price paid for. Restaurant menu is overpriced comparing the quantity. 325 for a vegetable where only 1 adult and child can manage.

Not easy access to beach

The staff were very friendly and helpful - special mention has to go to Krishna in the Restaurant/Room Service - he was very diligent!

This resort is quite some distance from the centre of Panjim - so it was expensive going to and fro - but would be fine it you had your own transport. While the cleaners visited daily, it has been quite some time since the walls and cupboard doors have had a good wiping down - and the chromeware in the bathroom looks like it has never been sprayed and wiped over with a cleaning product!

Room sizes are big, and it is clean. Room design and style is a highlight which gives a special accommodation experience. Swimming pool is well maintained, good for kids and adults.Vainguinim Beach is just 3 mins walk from the resort, which makes it easy to walk around and enjoy the beach waters.

Restaurant: Breakfast items are limited, could have been improved. I felt the size of restaurant (Sea Breeze) was small.There is no car parking available inside the resort and had to park on the roadside.

I dint like anything dont go on pictures.

The location being completely isolated, we had to depend on expensive taxi/car transport for reaching out to the nearest locations in the city. There is not a single shop or restaurant at a walkable distance from this hotel.

There is nothing to like in this hotel except rooms.

Swimming pool, Bar, Pool, SPA and Resturant are closed due to hotel split into 2. Food items are limited. Room charges are very High and hotel is not provided any kind of services except food. All rooms are available to stay but in website it's showing 1 or 2 rooms are left.

The staff was polite

No toiletries... Room had a typical smell.... The fire alarm beeping was extremely irritating.

Bad Experience Ever

Poor customer service and lack of professionalism at the reception. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. Was not even offered a welcoming drink despite the scorching heat. No lift had to climb 3 floors to get to the room. Fridge and doors required maintenance. 2 water bottles included in Package as complementary not offered. Zero room service; room was not cleaned once during my 4 nights stay. Location is very remote. Hotel seems to be found under a cliff. Big Parking problem even for bike. All vehicles are instructed to park on main road. Lack of security. Repeated items offered in Breakfast. Lack of variety. Pool was closed. Management of Hotel to take action.

Expirence is oaky but main important thing to be for any trip is water and all tab Water smell is coming out of rust of pipe very dissopointed .We used bisary bottle for everything 1

The rooms were good..

The location isnt good and appears unsafe during night.. The water coming in the bathroom was dirty, room service wasnt good too... I had to walk down myself to collect food delivery... Also room service was quite slow too..

If u r visiting Goa, Don't stay in this hotel, search near Baga. Even stay in this hotel also much more distance of the turist place. People are staying in hotel but swimming pool is not running. Nam bada Darsan thoda.

Cleanliness

I always had to request for towels and other facilities, requires urgent attention and no parking had to walk for 200 and more meters with luggage with NO Lift, elders PLEASE DO NOT GO worst facilities

The room size is good. Love the food. The service boys are very sweet . The bathroom is decent. The water pressure is good.

Maintenance of the room could be better. Needs updation. Especially the humongous ac compressor in the balcony and the broken blinds.

Staff, owner were hospitable. Good value for money

Parking is an issue
