Very courteous staff and prompt service. Cleanliness was amazing.

Food was okok. Few small ? s in the room. Pest control needs to be done.

Very poor infrastructure ! Noisy and uncomfortable beds , rotten and non-functional electrical sockets , the number to call and place order for in-room dining i.e. 508 is mostly non operational , and a property supported cartel of Cab Union placed just outside the main gate who doesn’t allow you to hire Cabs from outside . For going anywhere , the guests have to “ ONLY BOOK “ cabs through reception, which are at exorbitantly priced ( more than three times of normal fare )

Location with a five minute walk to the beach

When I checked in the bedsheets had not been changed. They were dirty. Also poor communication between staff. Kept harassing me to pay an advance (half the amount) that had already been paid. Ruined my vacation and caused me tension. The main office and the local staff do not seem to talk to each other. Hence they kept sending me texts asking me to pay. I was there with my family.

My stay at Baywatch Resort was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious & well appointed with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly courteous & attentive making check- in & check- out seamless. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was ideal, close to beach...Overall I had fantastic experience & would highly recommend this resort... ?

Music around the swimming pool for whole day created nusciance. The breakfast and dinner could have been better with a wide variety

The welcome from the reception staff particularly one Mr Karthik was exceptionally hospitable and always attending to what required attention. Welcome drink served.Waiter Steven was very kind and obliging and approachable. Hard worker.Bed was extra comfortable. Enough tea and coffee provided. Pool was clean.All issues with room was attended to immediately when informed to karthik.Staff assisted with umbrellas when needed. Gate guard was very pleasant.The cleaning supervisor was very obliging and friendly and ensured the shortcomings were addressed immediately. The beach is a 10min walk. Southside restaurant is to the left with a great beach deck. Too many stray dogs surrounding the property to the beach and becomes a nuisance to guests.Overall we had a good stay despite the rains

Besides OTA taxes and charges we had to pay hotel taxes at the property.The room floor and bathroom floor was messy with fresh mud foot prints.Only hot water in sink.No hot water to shower. Water was cold.Breakfast only eggs as non veg . Live station available on request only but its not mentioned anywhere and its inside kitchen so guests just had boiled eggs every morning. Steven was kind enough to inform us. All guests should be made aware of live station and one other non veg should be provided since the rates are quite steep.We were very disappointed to find out on arrival that no activities advertised on the listings were available especially that outdoor activities were restricted due to rains. The table tennis soccer machine gym and spa were not available due to renovations. So we had to just sit in our rooms. Only one bedside table provided and it's inconvenient for 2nd guest. I used a chair for my Mobile glasses and water.Shampoo and conditioner containers and hand-wash were all empty.Electricity tripped throughout the night with loud noise. Too many disturbances at night including the laundry trolley being pushed all night with loud noise from the wheels which was extremely disturbing to the guests.As per OTA the room mentioned balcony terrace and living room but we were offered just a bedroom. We booked superior room with balcony.On check out the two female staff were very distracted with many things and didn't focus on sorting out our bill efficiently. They just handed us bills that didn't belong to us.We were the only ones at that time checking out but they were running around last minute looking for our bills delaying us so we just paid what was on the system and left.What I personally realised is that local guests are treated differently to foreign guests. Me being non Indian was given more attention and everything was sorted out promptly.

The Breakfast was always with the limited items where only two items were getting changed daily

The main course food had limited Vegetarian items, when the globe is moving towards Vagen, IT does not mean that you stop Non VEg , you can continue with the same and also expecting the chef must be expertise is mutli regional cousine, as this is expected by the tourist. They teste new for the some days later they go for the regional cousine of their own

Food quality & taste is excellent but a little highly priced.

less housekeeping staff. they work only 9am to 6pm. we had to wait 4-5 hours to get the room cleaned on the second day. after calling several number of times , they did come and cleaned the rooms.

Good breakfast.Service was good at breakfast restaurant.Property location & villa system was OK.I request to repay 1/3 amount as there was nothing provided for third person.It was written parking for car, but we have to park our vehicle outside premises.( we could do that as we have driver available.) Taxi people use to harass our driver.

As per contract room was for triple sharing, but there was no bed for third person.Cleanliness & everyday cleaning not done.I have to sleep on floor mattress, which was too uncomfortable.

I don't think it is 4 star...hotel.I would say 2.5 star.Breakfast area wasn't cleaned up as customers finished eating etc..

I haven't received an invoice from them and no one is answering the call as well. Pathetic aftersale service.
