Worst experience

The staffs were rude and the place was clean. The rooms were like too dark when even the lights were on. Complete waste of money. Complimentary breakfast wasn't buffet as less amount of guests which wasn't fair. We had limited food choices but the taste was okish. All in all the experience was worst. 0 value for money.

Roam Heater was not working and there was no proper Breakfast he ordered for swiggy and it was so cold and spoiled, room was not clean this is the second book i am facing the same issue with Booking.com i thiking Booking.com is not verifying the basic requirement also before adding to there business partner list. two things ill ensure in my life 1. Never book form Booking .com2.Never ever go to this Queeny Stay

Nothing i like.

Everything about this hotel i don't like, no WiFi facility they have only the instruments only to show the WiFi on in your mobile and laptop no Internet, rooms are not clean, no dental kit available, old AC are there without maintenance which are not working proper, this hotel is for unmarried couples only, plz don't stay in this hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and nice people. The gym, restaurant weren't open which I didn't like, but apart from that it was great. The silence and peace were awesome.

The property upon request for late checkout didn't honor our request and also had to switch between multiple rooms due to the presence of too many cockroaches

The fecilities, the breakfast was average as it wasnt prepared in the hotel, it was ordered from outside, south Indian breakfast served cold, the fridge doesnt work, no in room dining. No credit cards accepted.

I I don’t recommend this place to anyone. there are better hotels for the same money. highly priced for what they offer.

They get the breakfast from outside. Two Idlis with sambhar & chutney along with two vadas were served. When I asked for an extra idli, they said that they could not serve an extra idli… really astonishing….The restaurant is non-functional.Breakfast timing is 0830 to 0930 which is very late for business travelers.

No hot water to have a bath. When questioned the receptionist said that they have a solar system and so it one needs tp let water flow for 10 to 15 mins after which hot water will come. Wastage of precious water..

The room was not maintained.AC was not working.Even the housekeeping is not working properly.

The hotel is so dirty and the room was pathetic. The towels were so dirty and looked like someone used them. Never washed them

The view from the room was pleasent.

Room was full of cockroaches, both room and bathroom were smelling bad. Property looks good but isn't maintained at all. Not worth paying that amount of money.

Restaurant, swimming pool mentioned in ur website. But both r not working. Website must take care of all these things
