The location is good. Beach is extremely close to the hotel

This is our 3rd time stay at this property. Since the location is so beautiful and we personally like candolim so we choose this property for stay. But the rooms are not upto the expectations. They should renovate the rooms. The room in which we were staying was one floor upstairs. There was no hot water at our room. Also the pressure of water for the shower was minus. Also there was a typical unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom. The toilet was little stained. They also called up gor the maintainance person to check the hot water and pressure problem but he was also unable to resolve and said when person in the room downstairs if using the shower, the room upstairs doesn't get enough water pressure. So this i thought is basic fault which they should address it.

all amenities should be working. I paid for all amenities including swimming pool but it was on repair during my stay which is not acceptable to me

The whole place was crowded with a huge group of people who were constantly creating a lot of noise and had crowded the pool so much that we could never go. The place is much run down compared to the pictures. The pillows and bed are not at all comfortable, small claustrophobic rooms and when we asked for extra pillows, we just received a single pillow. Passable but won’t come again!

Great breakfast and food quality. Beach access to Sinquerium beach was good. Portuguese vibrant colours of all buildings is brilliant. Swimming pool is ok. Bed and rooms are quite big and comfortable.

The electrical kettle was not working at all. TV remote did not have batteries. The room doors were not so smooth and a bit tricky to lock. Parking is not sufficient for such a big resort.

Room was not spacious. Tiny room, with a living area. AC was not working well but they got it rectified

The location, like others have said, is ideal. The hotel is no nonsense and simple, ideal for travellers who are not extravagant. The beach next to the hotel is calmer than other locations. The room was clean and decor was nice.

It is not beach front. The beach is a ten minute walk away. Hospitality must improve. No one is rude or unkind, but they also don’t really care about taking care of their guests. The food was also very average. Many things can be fixed.

The beautiful old Portuguese vintage charm of the property was the best part. Accessibility to the beach is another bonus.Swimming pool is good too

Little far from the beach even with its own private road. Would be nice to have some built road at least till the beach beginning

Location

It is a basic place with a semi trained staff. So do not expect any frills. The breakfast is basic and adequate but the chef Vijay with his sulking demeanour managing the live eggs bluntly refused to make bhurji on an excuse which one has never heard- he can only make omelette,fried or half fried but making a bhurji spoils his fry pans. So much for hospitality. It is a place good for retiree ex-pats looking for a reasonably priced long stay place. Expect no more.

Property need serious renovation. Dont be fooled by pics.We were shown facility as free airport shuttle, however Property denied to give that and mentioned it was some error.Rooms are in bad condition, They lack basic necessities, Toilets dirty, phone lines doesn't work, breakfast is very average. Pool is always short of towels and you have to keep begging them to provide.They dont change bedsheets, room service is pathetic. Please stay away from this Property. There are many better options in same budget.

Location is good

Too high price, why to spend Rs 10000-12000 per night in last week of December here when better class hotels are available in that price.Value wise not at par.

Staff : Hotel taxi driver 'Ganesh'. Receptionist ' Loren'. Restaurant staff ' Vincent'. Always greetings with a smile and resolved tasks with ease.Infrastructure: Pool was ok including rooms setup.Location: Walking distance from beach.

Infrastructure: Around pool where water gets stagnant smells real bad and even near garbage area. These areas cannot be avoided as one has to pass through it. A lot of rooms before foreigners vacation was getting painted and instead of my request for pool facing room was only given on second day while a foreigner who arrived after us was handed fully painted room. Why?Staff: Restuarant staff greeted Foreign national with a smile Vs No greetings for Indian Nationals. I saw this quite evident in my 5 days of stay. Different rules for foreign national Vs Indians. This broke my heart.Housekeeping: They know the problems with the rooms but instead of addressing they asked more questions. For example I asked for extra bathroom floor towels due to water leakage from shower glass area but had to show him the evidence and only then he was convinced. Acknowledgement: Payment recieved was only responded post multiple reminders. Food: Pathetic. Chef did not know what he was cooking.Waiters: Oversmart. If a waiter tells me to call post dinner so that he can pick up the plates from the room instead comes early and states that I must have forgotten when my spouse was still nearing her dinner. Foreigners are allowed to drink and eat near pool but for Indians STRICTLY Prohibited. Why?

Really friendly staff, lovely pool and great cocktails! It's nice for the centre to head for meals in the evening and the walkway to the beach is really useful. It was very calm and nice to wind down at

Location was perfect and the private access to the beach was perfect. I was able visit the beach every evening for the sunset

Wi-Fi was non existent. Since I was on vacation it didn’t matter as much but could be a major inconvenience to most folks.
