Cleanliness

The night club at the topmost floor stays open till 4 am. The music is so loud that we could not sleep till they closed. So we spent all the nights awake till 4 am. Additionally, the wifi was really bad. I asked the staff to take a look, but no results.

Rooms weren’t clean, soiled bedsheets, towels not kept in room.

Food is good

The rooms assigned were in the other building and not the one that is shown in the picture with swimming pool and gallery rooms. The room provided to us didnt had any gallery and had hard time to manage wet clothes being in goa followed by rains. Two days was asking for clothes drying stand to which they didnt turned up for 2days even after being asking repeatedly; finally when i lost patience and raised voice, very harshly replied “it is not available”. It was difficult to manage wet clothes in the room lying everywhere around. On requesting for the selected rooms assigned per superior category which i paid for they said those one with gallery are already booked cant accommodate you there.

I liked the location....

Not that the service was bad...it was just slow and being in Radisson and the legacy they carry with their name....it was a little disappointing.....

The property was well-managed, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable from start to finish. One of the standout features of the hotel was the food – there were plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the quality was consistently great throughout my stay. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual meal or something a bit more elaborate, there’s something for everyone.The hotel also offers a variety of activities, which was a huge bonus for families with kids. The kids’ area was well-maintained and offered plenty of entertainment options, ensuring that the little ones were always busy and happy. It really made the stay more enjoyable for us.While the hotel isn't located directly on the beach, it’s 5-minute drive away, so it was not as easy to get to the beach, you have to drive or hire a taxi for the same. This was actually a nice compromise, as the property felt more peaceful and relaxing.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great food and activities.

Very disappointingly. My wife found bed bugs in her bed and needed it changed.. despite stating on the booking we had 3 adults and 2 teenage children we had to pay for an extra bed as the hotel expected 3 of us to share a bed !!! We are now in cavelossim in south Goa. Baga not very nice and the south beautiful..

The glass window of the bathroom was a very weird design choice. The curtain inside was not even sufficiently covering the window no matter how much we tried. It was very awkward for a family. Just don’t see the point of having such a large window into the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is also good. The breakfast spread is also extensive and tasty

The service is really below-par for a Radisson. We had to call the reception at least 5-6 times for any issue we had and then go over to the reception to actually get it done.

Perfect location , great ambience and comfort was top notch ,staff was friendly and breakfast had a lot of options.Had an amazing experience , will definitely visit again.

Our room was very very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was so good.

The first 2 days when room got cleaned they never gave us towels after that it was all good. The swimming pool are needs a lift. Too quiet

Hotel has its own club which play loud music till 4-5 in the morning and all music sound comes to your room so you cannot sleep peacefully at night

The only good thing is the staff

The room was very bad. The towels were not clean. The sound proof is bad. And they never cleaned the room for 2 days even after telling them to.. Not up to level of Radisson, very disappointed for the cost.

It’s conveniently located the check in was a breeze even though we reached at 1am the staff were always helpful the breakfast was okish but the rooms were beautiful and clean

They wake you up and constantly knock for room cleaning which is irritating because it’s Goa you sleep late so

Breakfast , Staff , Service everything was good. only one issue was there that AC and FAN both both had some technical issues. AC was not giving Great cooling and FAN Remote was not working.

Excellent hotel, value for money, very good service and very helpful responsive staff. We stayed for 4 nights and it was really relaxing and a nice stay. Dimpi and the hotel staff ( Prabin) ensured that we got a nice room and personally took interest in ensuring we are happy with the stay. The housekeeping staff Amisa and Abdullah did a nice job cleaning the rooms thoroughly everyday. The hotel has a very classy restaurant Cafe de Port which serves nice breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, Prarthana and her restaurant staff were very welcoming and are managing the restaurant very well.

Internet wifi issue on last day but Jeff and Rajat resolved the issue

Heated water is a problem, be it the water in the swimming pool, or the supply to the shower in the bathroom. Both could be improved as we were uncomfortable in the cold pool water and the shower water early morning wasn’t hot enough for a quick shower to be possible.

The room was big and also clean. The staff was helpful and the location was good and close to the beach

The management could have been more accommodating. My boyfriend got food poisoning and there was no doctor or anyone that could help us.

Breakfast was the best part of the day

Never got the room clean, there was no shower curtain so water sprayed everywhere, water, staff never acknowledged guest, water pressure was too high in bathroom sink,.. not bath mat in bathroom, ask 3 time for towels never got them
