Enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner

We should be provided hand towels and TV's should show local programmes. Would like 2 chairs in the room

Disappointed

There was no hot water in the bathrooms.The furniture was on the verge of breaking.The walls had cracks.

the lady receptionist in morning slot and the uncle who was there at breakfast timing is appreciated. Otherwise whole staff is rude.

Their management, their food. No room service after 6 pm . You can’t seek help at the hotel. Water leakage in room ceiling. Only single cup provided in double room. As we checked in rooms were not prepared and was stinking like hell.

Breakfast was passable, not a great selection. Location was on a busy road which was hard to cross.

No room service made it difficult to have meals inhouse.

Location is good close to Mapusa Market and Court

The Room was not cleaned even once in two days. Reminded the front desk 4 times, still the room was never cleaned. The breakfast was so-so.

Service is too poor, no resturent avalaible, even not avlaible basic needs like tea etc.

Location is decent. The room was clean enough, though had a strong chemical smell. Had to keep the window open for some time for it to dissipate.

Breakfast was anything but complimentary. It was disastrously bad. With most of the dishes empty, overboiled eggs, plain bread with MARGARINE passing off for butter. No spoons, asked for some, and a man came with a handfull of them dripping water! Overall it was horrifying, so definitely had no breakfast. Wanted to have a cup of coffee, but the thermos was empty.

Comfy bed, clean room and nice shower

Very rude receptionist. Made me feel very uncomfortable, asked me if I spoke the Goan language as they were obviously saying something about me and laughing. The key was practically thrown at me then when I asked how to get to the room it seemed like a big effort to answer a question she should have told me anyway. WiFi worked for an hour then stopped working for the duration of our stay, when I went to reception to ask if there was a problem it seemed like they couldn’t care less and never got resolved. This hotel is double the price of what we usually pay because there doesn’t seem to be any budget options in Mapusa, as it’s pricey it would be nice to have WiFi that works and a nice welcome from the team. Sort your customer service out, this is the hospitality industry.

Staff is good especially the female at the counter was helpful, the location is excellent in the heart of mapusa and the room was spacious

Hygiene being most important saw a cockroach in the room, the fridge was missing, breakfast was laid out haphazardly, messy especially how the used plates were dumped in one corner.

Though Mapusa bus stand is close and walking distance, the road is steep

Great Location, comfortable hotel, great parking, nice breakfast. Special mention to Dan who works there who really went the extra mile whenever anything was needed?.

Falling short in service especially reception service. My room did not have a mini fridge and after several requests I finally got 3 channels added to my tata sky package that too of 1 rs each. None of the tv channels are offered otherwise. They provide Netflix in some rooms but this time my room didn't have the service which was disappointing.

Location good.. mapusa market is close by..breakfast was really nice.. varieties to eat.. the person who was taking care of breakfast was very kind..n helpful.. it's all good have already referred your hotel to my brother.. and in future will stay at ur hotel only

only one thing to change if any of your guest need tea or coffee anytime pls provide .. I know you have kept diy sachets of tea coffee.. but not all guests are ok with this.. I asked for fresh tea in the evening at 5pm .. they said no only this thing to be changed

The service is good. The location for the purpose of my body was ideal.

The cost was a bit too high. I was looking for a room in the range of Rs 1000 to Rs 1200 non AC. In which case I would have planned a longer stay. I will be visiting again shortly.

Breakfast was pretty good. Additionally, the location is a kind of centre for me, because I visited multiple places in Goa, either north or south Goa. This is in Mapusa.

No comments on Room service. Maybe, that one was an exceptional situation. Because no one turns to my room for room cleaning when I came back in late at night. The best part first shift person didn't transfer the message to the second shift person. I don't know who was right at that moment. But in the end, I suffered and literally ask the hotel team, for a towel and water for my room. Rest all good, this is my review, but please experience it yourself.

Nice breakfast with tasty food and a friendly manager at the restaurant.

Very Tidy and un hygienic place. Would never recommend anyone to go there. I called 7+times but even after that also no water bottle or TV remote or Cleaning was done
