Location is a bit challenging as the nearest beach is 25 kms away. With no eat outs nearby, one has to rely on Hotel restaurants for all meals.

Overall, our experience was good, but there were several areas that could have been improved. Room service was consistently slow, and the buggy service within the property was often delayed. We had to walk everywhere with our small kids, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was no one to welcome us at check-in—we expected at least a greeting, and the guitarist was also missing, which was disappointing.We opted for the all-meal plan, and while the food quality and variety were excellent, the service was quite slow. Every time we requested something from the staff or waiters, it took a long time to arrive. We had to follow up multiple times with different staff members or eventually get the items ourselves, which was challenging as we were managing two small toddlers.Another major disappointment was that we didn’t receive the full-day activities plan on WhatsApp during our stay. It was only sent to us on the day of checkout, which was frustrating. Had we received it earlier, we could have attended and enjoyed those activities, adding to our experience and creating great memories.Overall, the experience could have been much better, especially considering the brand's reputation.

Holiday was advertised as all inclusive but when we got there they said only buffet food and no drinks were included. Very disappointed

Partner websites are only to attract booking with false presentation of benefits

Payment in advance was opted but not executed. Lost good amount that was offered on advance payment. Non of the request made on website were provided, nor any modification to booking could be done after booking. And the only solution received was, contact property. If booking partners are used only to attract booking & complete management of booking is done at property then no benefits should be presented on partner websites. To ve safer, disclaimer to this effect should be mentioned on websites.

It’s a beautiful property, with so much to do.It has something for everyone in the family.Happy hub is a charm for the kids.There is so much to explore, it’s massive and a city in itself.Once you stay here you won’t like any other resort in Goa maybe anywhere in India.It was that good.

Was very disappointed at low quality of staff and customer experience at this so-called 5-star resort. 1. Check-in was long and the staff assigned wasn’t competent to answer basic questions. You get a feeling of being scammed:1. Even before they completed check in, they were selling packages for activities. 2. The resort advertises for various pools as the USP, but then on reaching there they tell you that the lazy river is a paid activity. 3. At the activity zone, there’s no indication of what is paid and what is not. It happened to us and others for multiple activities that the staff waited for us/the kids to start an activity and then after 5-10 mins they come to inform us that it is a paid activity and we have to pay. Ridiculous behaviour and experience. There are multiple pools but we didn’t find any showers for users to shower before using the pools. Felt very unhygienic!

Breakfast was good with lot of options available.

Ala carte menu should have more options. Cost of both buffey and Alacarte is very high.

Sorry state of affairs

The consumables were on call. When I called the first time, they delivered the wrong things. Then they said they don't have the things I need. Totally not worth the 10k spent. The food was barely edible and nowhere near tasty.

Unprofessional Reservation/ Front Desk Service

I wanted to extend the reservation by one night and spoke with multiple people at reception about it on 2 different days when the availability was there but none of them knew exactly what to do and kept saying to contact reception on check out daye to extend. But on check out date the availability was not there so i had to check out and shift luggage to my another room. Their handling of situation was not at all professional. I showed them the message from booking.com that I requested for 1 night extension and they have sent this message to your club mahindra but why there is no action? 2 days got wasted on this and eventually i had to check out.This booking was a non member booking and I initially thought about becoming a member but after this unprofessional behaviour I better distance my self from club mahindra.

Service and The Staff

It was mentioned in bookings.com that the room has a bathtub but there was none. Was a bit disappointed with the misleading information. Non toiletries were provided except Soap and Towel. Had to ask for rest of them.

Staff was good only one lady at restaurant was full of attitude during breakfast which was not good....... Hospitality doesn't have the same........ service is always with the politeness and prompt
