Cosmique Clarks Inn Suites, Goa Margao

Location was ok. I was just transiting so it did not matter.

TV in the room was not working. Despite several reminders to the front desk it was not fixedThe WIFI was not working during the entire duration of my stay. The property maintenance seems to be poor (lift was not working properly)

Decent hotel close to the station

Staff seemed to be uncomfortable at their job. Rooms are tidy, yet nothing special.

Good food near to beaches and railway station

No parking area for cars

Bad

Bad faith from the management of this hotel. I stayed there and a few weeks after I left, they lied and claimed I didn't show up, so they cancelled the stay on Booking (probably so that they wouldn't have to pay Booking's fees). I have proof of stay and of payment by card. They never answered my follow-up messages to reinstate my stay and make the situation right.Don't bother with cheaters.

Room was clean. The hotel is near to madgoan railway station. Breakfast was good.

The check in time could be a bit flexible. The kettle in the room was not working.

the room was decent for the money i paid

The management staff is not at all organised and uninformed. They only value the money that the clients bring in. No one is really concerned about the wellfare of the clients

Hotel is very clean and modern.Staff are helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and very accessible

The food is good but very costly.

Decent and clean

Irregular in room service, didn't ask for room cleaning

lounge only is the interesting

buffet was average. wished someone bothered to ask to clean the room need cleaner pools

Considering the location....it's a newly built property with adequate comfort but the problem is food....don't expect anything wrt food. The chef has to be more keen to take interest..Breakfast was pathetic

Food

Nice clean and big rooms.

wifi wasn’t working and even after complaining 3 times it was gone for hours.

Rooms were good but service was pathetic. The staff was polite but useless. Restaurant was good but staff was less and untrained. Breakfast was decent.

The bad taste started when they asked for the full payment just at the time of check-in. Most good hotels don't do it. The Wifi facility was non-existent, and even after complaining, nobody gave a damn. The rooms were not cleaned with the flimsy and idiotic excuse that they don't clean rooms when guess r not in.

Liked the lighting in the room.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not a single fruit served.

Staff at the hotel was very courteous. Receptionist Asha was very prompt by giving a call and checking on our every need. I would to come back again.

All was good. Nothing specific.

The inclusion of breakfast. The room was cleaned and beds made whenever needed.

They should have smoking rooms available as it is a hassle to keep going out for a smoke..

Near by the madgao railway station .

Rooms r comfortable ..& clean..
