- There was nothing to like about the hotel or the location.
- Property is in a prime location and a business centre. Staff behaviour is good. Reception is difficult to locate. Value for money.
- Rooms are wide and cleaned every day, but maintenance is not so perfect.Chose to stay in the upper floors to somehow avoid the busy traffic noise of MG Road. I had a room without AC a bit unconfortable, but with a nice balcony. No hot water and I had to ask for toilet paper. It could cost a little less.

- The hotel and its surroundings were filthy. There was not even a proper entry to the hotel. You have to walk through dirty pathways and through the side of shops to get to an area which cannot be deacribed as a reception. The staff were unprofessional and rude. We felt very unsafe staying there. The wifi only worked a couple of times during the two days we stayed there. There was no phone or kettle in the room. The mattress was covered with a very thin sheet that slipped off. When we spoke to them about the wifi and the phone, the management sent two staff to the room ans behaved aggressively asking us to check out if we didnt like the lack of facility there!!!.

Rooms were not clean as expected. Foul smell from toilet like that of a drainage. Facility offered air conditioning was seen and in confirmation ac was not there.
Staffs are superb support and i booked balcony and i got ordinary room .
Rooms are fully messed up please provide as much as clean.
