The wash room door doesn’t have lock it was removed and anyone can see through the whole! The health for set is fixed on the wrong side near to the wc. Bed sheets are very old and look’s so dirty. Ask for a late check out for few hours reception denied that and said they’re full house, but when I check in online plenty of rooms are available!

Over priced for this small room compared to many other placeslot of Cockroaches and ants ..quality of bedsheet blankets and pillows are very poor No restaurant nearby .Staff didn't give me a bill .they said will send by what's app .Still not received

There was cheating us we doing from booking.com booking and he was saying there is no booking at that time but the customer should do we are going from holiday then we search a new hotel from new area because of we don't know they is no booking and booking.com is not doing booking form that particular hotel

Supportive staff in reception, clean room and location near to good restaurants. Small but Good bathroom.

Mosquitos in the room, Common area looked more like a good lodge and less of a hotel except the reception area which looked decent

no running hot water bed sheet and blankets are poor in quality they don’t provide essential kit like toothpaste or soap but they are expensive in their rent . based on their facility the rent they are changing is too high.

Very neat and clean accommodation in the town center. I felt safe and secure. Front desk team is very cordial and helpful. The toilets/bathrooms are like new. Seems the entire building is new/renovated. We didn't order any room service, so can't comment on that.

Entrance Road(uphill) is in bad shape. Its a public road anyways.

Finally when I was about to cancel then they have me room which they (as usual the hotel business) keep for walkin customer. With clean linen (there are tiny red spots here there. I also took it because it was 10pm in the night and heavy raining.But what I like was their private parking slot which is adjoining compund.

The linen and pillow covers were full of stains. They showed another room there also similar but very dirty linen and pillow covers, in fact linens were torn condition.The mineral water bottle were not real. This hotel doesn't have inhouse restaurant.

Overall it was good.

I want to check out after 24 hrs. But i was asked to check out at 10 am. Further, i was very upset that 24 hr check out time is allowed only to direct/ phone booking. I can't understand the logic of refusing to online booking.

Location is perfect and staff are helpful

Very difficult to find as the property is in a by-lane. Need proper signs and direction to parking as well

Fan leafes were not clean & the toilet flush was not working.

I liked the location and parking facility at the property.

Too many mosquitos. Bed linings were not clean enough. No restaurants attached. And the one associated restaurant runs with not much of options. Specially if you are travelling with kids its quite difficult. Not worth the money i paid for a night stay.

It's a bit over priced

The location of the property is easily accessible from the main road and very near to the private bus station. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

The property is not worth 2K rupees per day. The room is not at all spacious for a deluxe room and the amenities are not sufficient. The plates provided by the hotel were not at all clean and seemed to be very old. The bathroom was not clean and was too cramped.

Hotel is clean, Courteous staff and accommodative .

Did not like anything about this place, there is no ventilation in the room and it felt like being placed in a Owen. Also, the room is infested with cockroaches. Bathroom was also untidy

First impression from the reception team is very disappointed.The attitude of the person who was there at the reception when we came was not that good.It seems like he wasn't that welcoming
