Nirwana Resort Hotel

Nice beach and the facility overall is great and expansive.

The prices of food and every other facility is jacked up quiet high. You end up spending much more on the food and activities than the room.

The rooms are rundown, the bathroom doors are broken, the furniture is smelly. Very old furniture and no proper maintenance.

The staff are good, and the beach is well maintained.

Facilities are very nice with access to a wonderful private beach! I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

Beautiful pool, great access to the beach and wonderful staff.

The restaurant was too pricey. I paid more in food than I did to stay at the hotel. Also, when I asked for a better view I was going to be charged and the place had hardly anyone staying at it. You’d think they would accommodate those of us staying.

The back view is breathtaking. The staffs are so friendly, very helpful. Thanks to the manager to help us get a connecting room for our family n also helping us book the ferry tickets back. So thankful to them for making our stay . Again I will say thanks to staffs who at games section and our driver (Kristian) who took care of us while traveling around.

The entrance of the hotel needs renovation. Also no night life . Meaning everything ends very early. Even dinner need to order before 10 pm. Try to extend dinner n bar hour. Will be great place to visit.

The location was beautiful, very relaxing place.

The hotel was almost empty and we expect to have a room with sea view but we didn't have. The resort was almost empty so some facilities were closed

The entire hotel is by the road side which is fantastic and there are many things to do around the hotel which is nice.The buggy ride rental was the best for a young family to bring them around to see.

The room layout is a bit old and empty but the toilet was nicely renovated, the building was given a fresh coat of paint which is nice.The swimming pool is fantastic with the surrounding facilities nearby which is great~!

Overpriced, more expensive than Singapore and food is averageEvery single thing comes at a cost. Even a game of poolHotel and amenities very very dated, not worth the price point

Many activities all on property. Staff was great.

Breakfast buffet gets old. If not enough guests the poolside restaurant closes too early.

The resort is huge, with 2 beautiful beaches. The room is very spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the suite with the ocean view and balcony. The swimming pool is great and the transition to the beach is beautiful. Some things is old fashioned, but if you can leave with that, it is a great option.

The pool restaurant is not great. The facility with the spa, bowling, etc looks old and sad. However the other beach spa is nice. The réveillon party: they tried their best but definitely it doesn’t worth the money. Food was good, but the program was not. Around 8:30 the open bar was over and we still have a long way to midnight. Everything could start later.

The hotel is very nice with lots of restaurants and activities on site, I was worried that we will be bored in 4 days, but not at all! Was barely enough just to see major things and lots more left to explore.The pool is amazing, it is beautiful and very conveniently divided into different zones so you always find quiet areas when needed. Sun beds are very comfy. Food in restaurants is very good and ice-cream is delicious. The room was very spacious (even though we had just a standard room) with beautiful garden view and nice wooded décor.

Few minor things. Aircon was very loud somehow, even when it is off. But the biggest disappointment is the sea side. The beach is beautiful but the level plastic pollution is very disturbing. Hotel is trying its best and the cleaners are around whole day, but sea keeps bringing more garbage. I understand that it is global problem and hotel cannot fix it, but it is sad to see and unfortunately because of that was not possible to swim in the sea. Which is pity, the water was very warm.

All the staff were very polite. They were very accommodating to all our needs and so helpful.

The facilities are extremely old and outdated. The walls were damp, and even the windows were wet and foggy. The food was tasty, but there was not enough variety during breakfast.

the complex is very big, and it was nice to discover the surrounding beaches besides the one in front of the resort. Staff were great, restaurants could have more variety within their menu, location is excellent and very good deal, in general for families with kids. Beautiful place.

mattress of the suite could be better, if this is a top room. I felt it to be pretty hard. Lights are too white, and no bedside table lights, different from the executive bedroom where my children stayed. and wifi is a big issue all around the hotel, we had to use our roaming.

The New Year celebrations were not planned properly. The entry fee was so expensive however the program was not with the money at all.

Food is pricy which is okay, but no convenience store nearby e.g for water and other necesities expect their own mini market. Feels a bit too far from the outside world.
