The location is excellent. Right in the center on a pedestrian walkway with stores and cafes.

Location ideal. Comfortable surroundings.Breakfast substantial. Staff friendly.

The location, the facilities, the place in general. Very nicely decorated, very comfortable rooms, and breakfast had a lot of tasty options.

The wifi was quite unstable. I wasn't able to work well within the premises.

Rooms were clean and large for a city hotel. Located in the middle of city we could walk to all major attractions and eat in the heart of the main restaurant area.

Breakfast as poor. Both bainmaries were stone cold on day 1. I’ll would recommend booking room without breakfast.

A really lovely hotel situated inside the city centre on a pedestrian shopping street with no traffic noise and hence a good night’s sleep. Large tastefully decorated room with window and shutters, very comfortable bed, two chairs, fridge, luggage rack and double wardrobe. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided simple hot and cold selections.

I liked the location. And the property itself was very nice. Strongly recommended is a renovation in the rooms but all in one it’s ok.

Maybe the rudest owners of all time!!!! They barely talk to you. If they say hello you need really focus to even hear them. They seem bored to be there at all and that makes the property very unattractive

Great location. Clean enough room .

Ripped walls. Accessible electricity panel on the wall. Black spots everywhere in the shower (mould? not sure) even though it seemed cleaned. During the breakfast I asked to replace the plates as a few of them were dirty.

The location is excellent! The room and hotel is nice!

You can hear everything what’s happening outside on the street and the bed and pillow is hard as a rock, very uncomfortable to sleep on! All 4 of us woke up with backache and headache because of the noise and the bed. The breakfast doesn’t have variety, and is just 1 lady who makes it, cleans up, and refills it, so she can’t refill it fast enough for everyone to enjoy. My blanket had a blood stain on it. I asked to be replaced, and they did replace with a much smaller one.

Lovely ambience and communal areas. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Bedroom furniture could do with a little tlc.

The hotel is very central, so that is the major benefit of the hotel. You have to pay for parking though as there is where to park your car.

The room could have been cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay in this accomodation. Perfect breakfast and the central location made it ideal for a small weekend-trip to Patras.

Nice boutique hotel, great breakfast, comfortable room.

Parking is a bit tough, there is a paid lot around the corner but if you’re lucky you can get a spot on the street over. Must be gone by 9am though as other cars may park and box you in.

This hotel is a gem–it was our second time staying there. The rooms are elegant and spacious, the breakfast delicious, the staff wonderful, and the location perfect.
