Galaxy City Center Hotel

When booking this hotel there was no indication that it was located on a pedestrian street only. Absolutely no parking. We did find out because we were taking the ferry we could park in their lot. Would not recommend going to Patra unless you are catching the ferry to go to an island. False advertising on their website. Not a luxury hotel.

Old, interior, plain , no quality tv and the functionality of the space was sub par , especially the bathroom.

The location was perfect! Very clean and the people very helpfull.

A good basic hotel in a very central location. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

The towels seemed a bit overused and the mini fridge didn't work, but we didn't mention it since we only stayed for one night. As an improvement, it would be nice to have a small table and some chairs on the balcony.

Clean room, strong AC, very close to bus station. Allowed me to check in fairly early as well. Dark & quiet in room.

Great stay and amazing location. The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is lovely.

Unfortunately the towls seemed not to be exchanged and were a bit smelly.

Overall a very good hotel, nice central location at a very good price; modern, clean, tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds, good shower. I received outstanding help from the morning staff as I had a very difficult car problem to solve and Dino and Costas were incredibly helpful, they really saved my day. The hotel is in a nice area of central Patras, a 5 minute drive to the port.

The telephone contact the evening that I arrived was not good. The woman who was managing at that time was not helpful and left me waiting for so long I finally hung up and called back, I had questions about the distance to parking as I am not young and had a long and difficult day with car problems, it was important to know how far away the hotel is from parking. Parking is an issue. A map or clear instructions with parking locations would be of great help; there is a paid parking area (5 euro) about a 5 minute walk away along the seafront. There are a number of places to park around the old port (seafront) about a 10 minute walk away. The same person checked me in and was anything but friendly saying first of all that she had no reservation for me, her attitude was quite off-putting. The single room is quite small and has no view.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Very good staff and perfect location. Clean and comfortable room and beds. Good size room.

I stay here once every month and I love everything here. Very comfortable beds and helpful owner. Tasty breakfast and a wonderful new coffee machine I noticed today. Very good value.

I recently stayed at Galaxy City Center Hotel in Patra and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, close to the shopping mall and main square, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, offering a relaxing space to rest after a day of sightseeing. From the hotel, I could easily walk around and enjoy the town center of Patra.

Hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a public parking area available at the old port nearby. However, it can be quite crowded, especially during busy hours.

Good location in Patras, close to shops and restaurants. The room was small but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Right in the centre of town - on a pedestrian shopping street. Easy walk to the bus station and to the ferry kefalonia. Nice breakfast

Fabulous location as right in the centre of Patras with everything you need. Breakfast was 5 euros and worth it. Dino on the front desk was lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay again!
