Palaiologos Luxury City Hotel

Location, kindness of staff, cleanliness, amazing room, great mattresses, quiet even though in the center, super clean, very nice breakfast. We loved it

I can't say I didn't like something. Only thing is the parking but it is a general thing in Patra.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very central perfect location if you are on foot. The reception is located in the nearby hotel Byzantino, and the Breakfast is served there. If you have a car keep in mind that it is located in a pedestrian street though you would probably need to reserve a parking place a few meters away from the hotel which operate up until 10. You can park the car for free on the nearby streets and pick it up at 8 o'clock in the morning.

Is definitely Not a 4* hotel, and is not a hotel, is more like rental rooms, is clean but very poor furniture and decoration, breakfast is in another hotel which is again very basic and poor quality. The receptionist at the Byzantino hotel was very good though

The room is very central, located near the main areas of interest. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Our bed was not clean; we found hair on the sheets and under the pillows. Fortunately, the hotel receptionist was kind and helped by bringing new sheets. However, this experience was not good.Another strange thing is that the reception is not located within the building, but at a nearby hotel (2 min on foot). This was not very convenient when we needed help. As the hotel is advertised as a 4-star one, they should hire a receptionist for the supplementary building.The hotel was so central that we could not easily relax and sleep because of the nearby bars and clubs. However, this is something that we were expecting because of the hotel location. Furthermore, the rooms were very small and a bit depressing. I strongly believe that the price of 80€ was unacceptable for this room.

I mentioned to have two single bed and they give us a room with double bed and they said call us by number but the phone they had in room was not working so I couldn’t contact with them

The facilities and the location was great. Please be mindful that is located very centrally near shops with some noise at the night

It was really annoying that the check out is at 11am and the check in at 16.00. You pretty much lose half a day of your stay

The room was very comfortable, clean and with good facilities. The location was great and very central. It was easily walkable from the bus station and a short taxi ride to the new Port.

On the night we stayed there was quite a lot of noise as it was a public holiday and there was a lot of late night partying in the street and surrounding area. This did not detract from our stay though, and we enjoyed the atmosphere

Outstanding location right in the middle of the pedestrian street!

We were told to check in in another hotel few meters away from the hotel so we had to carry our luggage in order to pick up the key and then walk back to our hotel. In addition Bathroom requires upgrades, including overall improvements in terms of daily cleaning.

Location was right where the action is. The breakfast was adequate. Staff were very courteous.

We booked a room with two single beds, booking.com invoice me the cost but 40 minutes i received an email reporting there was no availability of single beds. The lady ad the reception offered us a room at Byzantinos hotel for 20 € more. That’s no correct. Shower with a cover panel in steel with cutting edges; very dangerous! Breakfast good but they charged us cappuccino and espresso… View at the window very terrible; on the light well! All puts and paints but no substance

Very good location and exceptionally friendly stuff! We really enjoyed it, however if you’re not into night life, ask to get a room to the court yard because there is a night club across the street and we couldn’t sleep properly.
