The breakfast was great! The room had everything one may need. The hotel is located close to a supermarket (1' walking distance). The city center is at a walking distance.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware - False Advertising! Our room looked nothing like the pictures provided. We were told "some" rooms looked as the pictures on Booking.com..There was NO AIR CONDITIONING as the hotel had switched to heat. The room was hot and stuffy. We were told to open the window, with no screen, and no breeze as it was a side view. We were given a fan. There was no refund available and no discount offered.

The hotel has a very nice location, near the city pedestrian shopping area. It is a very clean facility with a spacious rooms, but the most exquisite thing about the Smart hotel is the really helpful and wonderful stuff, especially Lia on a reception desk and Angeliki, that made our stay even more pleasant.

The property provided free parking. Other than that, not much!

The pictures that are shown appear to be when the hotel was just open. The room shows a lot of wear, and floors and the bathroom were not very clean.

I told them about 1 room being hot. The members said it will work. Worked for an hour woke up sweating at 200am. Told the members in the morning his response was what can I do. I got 4 rooms I should get credited 1. Bad response to a problem I addressed earlier on the night. We got no sleep at all

although i have booked a room with sea view, they gave me a room with train railways view... staff was impolite and accusing me that it was my fault. After a disagreement they gave me the correct room as it was on photos
