Great hotel, lovely grounds, peaceful.

location is a little difficult getting to, no restaurant for evening meals.

Staff was very welcoming and warm. The breakfast room and garden are tranquil and very pretty.

The rooms are dated and tired. Ok, but even though everything clean, it all feels a little dusty. Plus even though it’s in Arpino, it is close to but definitely not in the beautiful part of town.

The friendly welcome and friendly service throughout my stay. Good situation close to the centre and wonderful scenery to admire. A super breakfast.

This is our third time staying here on our way south from Rome. The last time we were there was 10 years ago, but the hotel is still as wonderful. You feel like you are in a palace. The breakfast room, the park... are especially beautiful. The hotel staff are the nicest!

In the cold season, the bathroom is cold, but that doesn't matter. The rooms are warm and comfortable.

The hotel has a vintage look. It's magnificent. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is pretty good

I believe the hotel could use some restoration. I understand it's an old palace but on the first night, the heating broke in the whole floor. We slept in the cold which was not pleasant. Furthermore, on the second night, a party for an 18th birthday was taking place on the first floor. I believe they rent the room but It's not ideal for the guests. Those who travel to Arpino seek trails, art, and relaxation, which is incompatible with loud music late at night.

Great location. Nice building, big rooms. Safe parking, beautiful garden. Only few steps to the nearest store. Restaurants are in walking distance.

The staff was friendly, but many times we couldn't find anybody at the reception. Same boring breakfast everyday with bad quality ham. There wasn't served too many vegetables, only few tomatos and cucumbers. In our room was thick dust on top of cabinets.

There wasn't hot water in the shower. Poor breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was great. The owners, staff were all excellent, everyone was very friendly. Very very clean & beautiful hotel & grounds. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you all

Great location with awesome views. Really nice garden. Room was big enough, clean. Nothing to complaint about.

I did not see a bar service, where we could order some drinks. Maybe I missed it. A lost opportunity, given that the garden is so welcoming.

wonderful building, location and views. staff lovely. A bar and even basic food menu would have been good but i knew these weren't available when I booked. I would certainly recommend.

Lovely building and gardens. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Loved the breakfast in the lovely‘fresco’ room. The resident cats were lovely too ?

Loved everything. A small bar would be nice but we could still order a drink from reception to have outside on the terrace which was nice.
