    Pros +

    • For an older hotel it was very well maintained. The staff, from the hotel to the amazing restaurant, were so kind and welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is off the charts amazing. Also love the location. It’s a sweet little town.
    • The rooms were a good size, with mini fridge and tv. Could have done with a table and comfy chairs. The room was certainly big enough. Bathroom was spotless. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was standard continental. The restaurant on an evening was excellent. The food was very tasty and well presented, with very good attentive staff and the price was very reasonable for such good food.
    • The location was met with our needs.

    Cons -

    • It was a basic continental breakfast. Bathroom in disrepair, toilet ran all night. Needs an overhaul. Room lacks some furniture and furnishings, no chair!
    • Our room overlooked a very busy crossroad hence a lot of traffic noise
    • Godforsaken area in Lazio, the hotel seems to have seen much better days. No charme, no appeal, a bit worn down.

Breakfast was excellent. This is (to my knowledge) a Michelin 2 Star rated restaurant. The dinner meal was excellent and very fairly priced for what was presented. The village was nestled in the mountains and our room had a panoramic view of them.

I was lucky, I found parking. Others not so. Italians pretty much park where there is a hole. If the car doesn't fit in sideways, they will nose in and leave the rear end sticking out into the street. Normal over there, ticket here. we saw one fellow park his car in the middle of a stop sign and go into a bar for a cappuccino. people just drove around it.

Good location, free parking, friendly staff and great breakfast.

    Finding the parking was confusing.

Absolutely beautiful, we had the suite and it was such a nice place. I would recommend that people who go there also have dinner at the restaurant. Great food, lovely hotel. I highly recommend! Hou and also my girlfriend says the view was stunning!

A coffee machine would have been nice
