- Decrepit facilities, kind but passive staff. WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay, despite my repeated complaints.

- The older gentleman on reception, was not pleasant and muttered about the dogs. The hotel states that dogs are welcomed and I even sent a message saying I was bringing dogs. Either dogs are welcome or they are not. His behavior towards me ruined the stay.

Loved the location as it was northernmost part of Bavaria, and part of its history. Mineral baths nearby, and promenade walkways and gardens.
