- Free airport pickup and drop off for our late arrival and early departure was definitely a plus. Sandwich and self help coffee for early departure was great ? Staffs were very friendly.
- Close to the airport, and free airport shuttle.
- i only liked its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service is came with, breakfast was also ok,

- Hallways kind of dark.
- Need to be on tram or bus line
- Nothing about this hotel is superior or 4.5 stars, It was very old and outdated with awful smelling carpets in the entire hotel. I was not happy with it at all.
