Hotel Villa Aricia

The hotel is a beautiful old building in a lovely setting, breakfast was good value and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very good en-suite facilities.

very friendly staff, who provided an excellent check-in experience, advising about sightseeing possibilities around the area. I got a superb room with a great bathroom (shower + jacuzzi whirlpool) and beautiful view. Very spacious and very nice. The whole hotel is a historic villa, very pretty.

due to my travel restrictions I did not have the possibility to have breakfast, unfortunately. I must say, if you have mobility issues (like wheelchairs, etc.) maybe this is not your hotel, because of the stairs to access it.

Beds were comfy, showers were large and the staff at the reception were exclellent and a good laugh

The breakfast was very limited/basic and didnt seem fresh. Air con in rooms also didnt seem to work

The hotel was in a local community which was a fantastic little town...had its own church. There was a girl practising the violin...beautiful....a cleaner singing opera on the stair well...fantastic breakfast

We ordered 4 single beds...not sorted for us...wr had already paid before arriving but the girl on ghe desk was very rude....soon sorted by the manager. Shower wasnt hot

I ordered 37 sqm room and Received 25sqm roomAfter complaining, they offered to give me the room I have ordered on the second night.

This hotel in the Castelli Romani was a real find. It has such a charming, antique look to it, but is very comfortable and modern. The man who checked us in at midnight was very friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a fantastic deal at 8 euros and had a wide variety of things to choose from. The position of the hotel was great. It was located just outside the historic center of Ariccia and included free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

quite a bit, definitely needs an overhaul to the room we staid, upgrade TV, only three channels, breakfast area also needs an overhaul and more cleaning

Stressful

Arrived quite late as stated when we booked. Upon arrival to the room ,the room had not been cleaned ,bed was still unmade and not been washed,mucky towels on the floor ,bottles in the room. Had to switch to a box room with a 40 year old mattress with springs sticking in our back. After the disaster went for a shower only to find one towel ,no shower gel ,at this point we where glad to share just one towel between us as we where shattered . 110 euro a night ,I’d of loved a refund but didn’t have time to complain for the money back. Very disappointed.

The bed was comfy, bathtub was nice, and room was clean. Room was peaceful.

Checkout was supposed to be at 12 but they made us leave at 11.

Location was great, the place looked very nice with a mix of old and new. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and it was cleaned EVERY DAY.I was super happy with the bathroom, very clean, nice and enough towels and supplies. Also spacious as this is difficult sometimes to find in old towns.

As it is an old building it has a small elevator, I believe max 2 people, so we only used it for the luggage so an older couple might want to request a lower floor. The beds and pillows were a bit stiff, I got used to after a few days.

I could have obtained a better price if I had booked directly with the hotel.
