Rooms could be renovated

This was a great hotel. The breakfast was good. It was simple but had many choices to choose from and I didn’t leave hungry. The rooms were spacious and they had air conditioning which was nice with it being so hot in Rome. I stayed here and used the train to go to Rome each day. I loved the pool too it was a great addition to my stay especially with the high temperatures. The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely use again.

I have no complaints

It was a very quiet place with an outdoor pool. And the free large parking space also the late check in was helpful & the room was spacious.

The drawback is the double room does not have a kettle for making coffee and no mini fridge..

I was expecting the balcony, TV is not Working, pool should be available it would be nice to sit in the pool area, it woul be nice to sit outside near the pool, gate should be open to sit their even if you can't go into pool. chairs were broken, there wasn't any table cloth on tables, i caught my dressed. breakfast was abysmal, and dinner was worst than abysmal. the meal we had i would not feed to a dog (Meal consisted of mini shrivelled up chicken drumstick over cooked, dry chicken breast cut in half and it was dry, it not worth of money you spend for dinner. we had small plate of run a beans and whole meal was stone cold.) Glass of wine taste was i can't say in word i would say it was no awful. I WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I WOULD NEVEREVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN :( :( :( :( IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISING & MISLEADING FOR EVERYTHING. Really Disappointed.

Amazing query place! We did check in late night without any problem. Were sleeping tight and sweet and in the morning were enjoying lavazza coffee and beautiful nature

Didnt respond to booking.com emails or our emails for a refund. Then additionally charge us 1 more night after leaving.Charge you for pool and pool hats ss and additionalcost. Breakfast fights for croissants. Dont be fooled by the pool, breakfast and cheap cost. Its Dangerous for you and your family

Very pleasant experience. Hotel in a charming place. The room was clean.Clear water in the pool. Good food.

The location was very good for me - it is very near a rest home where my mum lives, so I could visit mum easily. For this reason I may visit again. I have to say that the hotel is not far from Tor Vaianica (the beach!) this makes it well located. I also liked the swimming pool, this is excellent. The wi-fi is super.

Generally the facilities need investment, the door in my room was damaged, the decor is very dated. The shower was damaged and it did not work very well. I think the swimming pool should be free, although it is a nice touch. The breakfast was just OK, it could have been better.

Staff were horrible. You have to pay for pool and pay for swimming caps. Very dirty and old, shutters did not open. Stay away from here !

Great place to visit if you are looking to stay close to Castle Gandolfo / Albano Lake or Ciampino Airport. The property have their own swimming pool which is quite rare but you need to book it on arrival and be ready for it to be closed at 6pm. People at reception were super helpful and rooms were clean with comfy beds. Breakfast if included was really good with very fresh pastries and breads. Happy with this stay!

The hotel was close to the airport, which is what we wanted. Their desk is 24 hours. we needed to check out at 4 am which was a bonus. The staff offered us a breakfast hamper to take away and even a taxi to the airport if we needed Which was really nice of them. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and a bonus having air con. They let us check in over an hour early which was great.

We booked this hotel as it had a pool for our children and on arrival I asked to book in the pool as I'm aware of the small charge which is fine but they said the pool is full for today, which didn't look full, there were empty chairs and sun loungers too,I would have booked a different hotel down the road without the pool if I had known you can't use it. They should offer time restrictions on the pool to all guests if this is the case to make it fair to all guests.

This the worst hotel ever tried in my life. It is a joke and it should be removed from booking.com. First, the carparking area is away from the hotel, so you have to drag your luggage for long distance. The airconditioning in the room is not working. When we complain to the help desk, they did not do anything.One day, there was no water in the room for shower or for the toilet. We complained to the help desk and he advised it is not from them. I went to check the grouns floor toilets and found it is working. Went back to him and they told me they know. ?The dont have fridge nor they provided any cold water. Staff are really bad in english. They know nothing and you have to translate for them. Beds are not comfortable and smells bad. The room lack lighting and always looks dark. The room was really hot and the airconditioning was not cooling. Even the swimming pool they asked for fees if you would like to use it. My final word and advice for all tourist visitors, avoid this hotel as it is a scam.

The equipment of the room is appropriate to hotel rangeIt was possible to work from the lobby after the check-out which was greatly appreciated.

SWIMMING POOL IS PAID - The hotel advertises the swimming pool as one of its main features, however the pool is run by an external company and is PAID (5 euro/person) for hotel guests. This information is quite intentionally hidden, when you book it. When we discussed this problem with the staff, they where clearly aware of this misleading information and told us that it is quite a common problem and that if we would have switched booking to italian it would have been more visible. They however have no intention to change this information at booking website, nor had they any intention to apologise, not speaking about compensation... The top part is that the guests at the pool are required to wear ridiculous swimming hats, which you have to purchase as well (another 3 euros) and that the entrance fee was collected without any reduction even an hour before closing - no information or notification about closing time available. There was also no pool view from our room.BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE - There is no warm buffet included (no scrambled eggs, beacon, beans anything), there are no vegetables (not even a slice of tomato), no fruit. There is only one type of ham, one type of cheese and one type of basic bread and butter. Beyond that there are only discount store-bought sugarly items, most of them packed (some sweet bakery, small yoghurt and marmalades). You can have milk, but not even a plain yogurt is available. Beverages are OK (coffee machine, some juice and water), even though for the cold ones, only single use plastic caps of various types are available.

The village was quite nice, and the location was also not bad as it is in a walking distance from the train station. The swimming pool was also ok however we needed to pay 5 eur per person whic is not a lot of money but I would include in the hotel charge if I were the management...

This is the typical example of what you pay what you get. The hotel was cheap however almost everything was below expectations. The room was outdated, AC couldn't cool down the room below 29 C which is not ideal of sleeping, there were ants in our room and finally the breakfast... Oh and top of it warm water is not always available...

Friendly staff, Simon was very helpful and so were the breakfast staff , decent breakfast , close to castel Gandolfo as well as the awesome Lake Albano .This would be a great stop when heading out of Rome and if you are Renting a car , plenty of supermarkets nearby
