Gr8 Hotel Sevenum

Modern very well equipt nice staff very good stay

N.a.

wonderful in many ways

the toilet light turns on automatically.this is an example of modern tech making life MUCH worse.doing a wee in the night thus wakes you up completely, and also your partner lying in bed.Doctors say never to turn on the light in the night as it disturbs sleep so a quick night wee should be done in the dark.it ruined our sleep and no doubt ruins the sleep of hundreds of guests.please change this modern tech - if you cant put a light switch in the toilet then have a setting so it can be turned off and PUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WALLit took us 10minutes to work out how to turn the lights out for bed!!

Nice, large, clean rooms, as there were two rooms in the family room. Good location close to the main road, quick access from the hotel to a restaurant.

Very subjective in my case, but I find soft mattresses not comfortable, but the rest of the family had a great night so success!

The hotel was great! Welcome friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. All very modern design. Extra coffee etc provided when asked. Very close to motorway, which suited us on drive from Lithuania back to UK

The restaurant next door, La Place, provided adequate dinner but had no bar. We didn't stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that

Nice, cosy and clean Hotel.Peaceful area.Personel was very helpful.Parking free.

Low budget breakfast. Not much to chose. Otherwise you need to pay

Clean and modern room. Easy check in and friendly staff. Well situated just off the main road. Without traffic noise.

In fact , I was extremely surprised how the rooms were top clean, innovatives, including latest technologies. Everything was wonderful

No hairdryer. It s an important amenity especially when it s 4 deg outsideBreakfast was a bit poor for the price

Bed was super comfortable. Showers were hot. Location was convenient, just off the highway so easy to reach and leave from. Breakfast options were fine.

Rooms are great, comfortable beds, decent size room. Lovely reception team.

Plastic cups in the room- very disappointing. No place to hang towels near the sink, only within the shower booth.Still highly recommended, as these are minor issues to improve.

The excellent rooms, they are of exceptional quality fab shower room, great location and the hotel revamp has been excellent. The staff were helpful and the restaurant next door although closes at 8pm has a great selection and is buffet style.

Convenient location with food options close by. Comfortable room and beds. Good parking was a bonus.

Great restaurant, lovely staff. The hotel was located close to our son's Football tournament. Easy access to KFC which helped after a long day The rooms were nice and clean

Everything was so amazing! The staff where so helpful and friendly, The location next to Efteling was so good. The surrounding area was so clean and peaceful. The rooms where amazing. Lovely open plan bathroom and rain shower. The bar with outdoor seating was perfect, comfortable beds! I loved that we shared a carpark with a large food store also.

There was nothing negative

Easy to find off the motorway Beds were comfy Restaurant adjacent very handyRoom was nice and would have been even nicer if things would have worked properFriendly staff

Our Tablet on the wall was broken so aircon wasn’t working Tv reception was badShower the water leaked under seal into the room USB ports for charging phones both didn’t work so had flat phones in the morning Actually not much in the room worked.Due to aircon not working room was too hot so we had to open the window and as we faced the road side traffic was very noisy.Overall disappointment that so many things were not working.

The complete room was a smart room with a central console for total control. Very clean room.

Since the bathroom / toilet is attached with the bedroom without walls so if kids need to go to the toilet they need to switch the light thus disturbing us as well. There was no separate light button or option in the console for only switching the bathroom light.Sound from neighboring rooms were quite audible.

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms, helpfulness of staff.

The location is very disconnected from public transport and taxi services. The breakfast has limited options offered without needing to pay extra. Very high price.

Room was really clean, nice view outside of the nearby area. Bed and pillow were super comfortable and nice. Shower and toilet worked great. Large TV with all channels was also useful to watch the EURO football matches. Very spacious parking lot with many spaces.

N/A - for the money I paid it was perfect.

Staff assistance at reception. Modern , clean, fresh design. Excellent large & powerful shower (apart from leaking cubicle door), comfortable and well-sized bed. The adjacent restaurant with direct access was good.

Shower cubicle leaked badly from under the door and soaked the bathroom floor area and adjacent toilet. Bedside lamps did not work even after trying to reconfigure the Cisco room settings device. Both reported at reception when checking out for maintenance to fix..

The room, bed and the general amenities

Breakfast

Great location for travelling through as we did. Quiet rooms, friendly staff. You have to get a hair dryer from reception if you wanted one but otherwise fab.
