Pros +
- The breakfast was good—simple, but it had everything you need. The rooms were quite large, quiet, and well-equipped with coffee and other essentials. Plus, the bed was very comfortable.
- Loved the mattress which is important to me, excellent service and very good food
- Splendid dinner and good breakfast. Delicious dinner and good breakfast. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Cons -
- Upon arrival, my bathroom was not clean. While the staff moved me to a new room, it felt like a downgrade from my original booking.I found the service to be disappointing, with the exception of one middle-aged gentleman who was very helpful. In contrast, the breakfast hostess was quite dismissive and did not return greetings, even in Dutch. Furthermore, the restaurant service was inconsistent; despite the kitchen closing at 8:00 PM, I was discouraged from ordering as early as 7:30 PM on multiple nights all the time was ether have to order something quick or preselected. I recommend extending restaurant hours and training staff to be more customer-oriented, as is expected in a hotel environment.
- Only some dust underneath the bed haha and cleaned immediately. Otherwise all good.
- The window in the room faces the bike parking lot and ALL night I could hear with the window CLOSED talking, laughing, shouting people coming out of the restaurant/bar. Also, at night around midnight the battery was making a strange noise for some reason.

Splendid dinner and good breakfast. Delicious dinner and good breakfast. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
The hotel is on the edge of town near a freeway and some industrial area. In general, you can't say that the city of Delden itself is within walking distance - you have to drive. There is a restaurant. The staff was slow. Took a long time to get a menu and even longer to order. But the food is good. I liked the local red wine and the pear to go with it. The hotel room was standard, no special features. Spacious bathroom with rain shower.

The location was convenient for us to reach by car. The price was moderate.
The room was very outdated, small, dark (small window), with a low ceiling, and could really use renovations. The worst part was that at night the hotel hosted a party until 2am with heavy bass music, which could be heard and felt throughout the hotel. When complaining at the front desk, they only said we could be moved to another room - they apparently need the money from organizing these events too much that they don't care about hotel guests being able to sleep here. Please avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your sleep.
The service was excellent. It’s a smaller hotel with a big personal touch. Breakfast is wonderful and also lunch and dinner is exceptionally good. The mattresses are comfortable and the rooms have just all been upgraded.
The hotel had a nice restaurant, probably recently renovated, a varied wine card and a relaxed vibe. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Probably the hotel was beautiful long time ago, but nowadays it definitely need some big renovations, in the style, the forniture and the amenities.I also find that the pictures do not reflect the reality (at least, my room definitely did not look the way it looks on the pictures). The location was a bit disappointing as well, as I was hoping for a more retired location in the middle of nature, and found out that my room faced the parking lot and the hotel is located between two roads.
the property felt very cosy and clean.
the door key was a little tricky but reception was very helpful.
Nothing, it was overbooked. They were so kind to book a room in Hengelo instead.
Lovely friendly helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast (never had a choice of 4 different granolas before!) Pool was an added bonus. Really comfortable bed
Clean and professional hotel. The hotel manager was built different, we had problem finding taxi but the manager was there too help us 2 times he drive us to Hengolo for free, thank you very much!
Room clean and neat. Not the newest set up, but can't say anything bad about for 1 night stay. Breakfast typicla for Dutch. Could cook my own bacon, was a good option. Dinner was top. Food and beer was great.
Nothing to mention over my stay.
Nice comfortable room, great food
No airconditioning in the room just a noisy ventilating fan
Nice location, really good bed and dinner was fantastic!
swimming pool & breakfast. Dinner was excellent. Service and people are great.
That a folding bed was not removed during my 6 days stay making the room small to walk around in.
Very nice room, friendly staff, great location
Great location and facilities. Not all rooms have aircon yet, but with a fan it was more than comfortable. The breakfast was amazing
Location was fantastic for cycling. We didn't use the car during our stay. Staff were attentive . Fabulous wine.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel room was very clean - and a fan was provided in the room. Room was spacious and nicely appointed.
The room was facing the road, which helped keep the room cool, but was exceptionally loud overnight being on a main road with lots of traffic.
Personel was super kind and polite. Beautiful terrace in front of the hotel with exceptional restaurant and food. Lovely, calm neighbourhood.
Walls in rooms are super thin so you can hear other people talking in other rooms. Shower was broken in our room, the water was not going away and even though they came to fix it, we had to improvise and fix it afterwards again.
