Super nice receptionists. The room was comfortable.

The hotel needs a bit of upgrading.

Ripped off

Hotel charged me twice. Stated booking.com didn’t pay them, first time I’ve heard that one! Then booking.com are blaming the hotel. Now both of them are ignoring me. Receptionist couldn’t speak English.

Room was clean

It was difficult to enter the hotel however it was stated that reception is open 24 h. There was nobody to find in the reception in the morning. The restaurant was also closed the whole time. The heating in the room was not working and the shower handle was broken.

Breakfast is good.

Water leak under the sink....I had to move a rubbish bin under it to stop water from pouring on the floor. A smoke detector in the room next door needed a new battery and was beeping for ages - keeping us awake.

Close to the centre

No one there bar shut room cold no one to complain to key left on the desk. Was like no one is in the building only the guests

No one on reception when booking in and only 6pm .we asked and payed extra to upgrade our room. But still got the same basic room we payed for before because lv stayed hear several times before so l know the room was nothing upgraded no bar open or restaurant but town is very pretty and lots of restaurants there

Again no staff to acknowledge our complaint

The hotel has a fantastic location, and I appreciated the retro vibe it offers. The rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It's a nice place, rooms are basic but okay for the price, parking is pretty limited. Unfortunately there was no concept of being quiet at night by the guests.

No soundproofing or guest control by staff

Everything was as expected, friendly personnel, quick answer and access late in the evening. Comfortable beds, good easy parking

Fantastic service from the reception, before arrival and very polite and informativ in the morning when we checked out

Not much

Sockets exposed next to headrests, no-one available at reception, had to keep calling for about 30 minutes until someone let us in, exposed wires and sockets in the room (I have pictures)

The location is great, near the Rewe, train station and bus station, and the people in the hotel is really great.

Late check in

Not enough car park spaces in the hotel carpark but you can use outside car parks

There is 24 hour access to get into the building.

There is no front desk. You must call to get an access code to enter the building even if they know you are arriving at a set time. At night, if you don't know where it is, the front door is difficult to find and the doors are locked with no information about how to contact the front desk. You must go to your reservation confirmation. Kitchen staff woke us up at 6:00 am with their breakfast prep. The room was too close to the kitchen. The room was so small that you had to climb over the bed to get around the room to get to the bathroom.

We didnt get double bed as it was order, and one of single beds was ok but other kind of broken, uncomfortable.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds. We didn't have time to try the spa, but it looked interesting. We arrived very late for check in and it was an easy process. Good location off the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

I only wished the shower was hotter. The water only got warm.

No extractor fan in the bathroom.Damp stains on the ceiling.Blood stains on the bed base.Strong smell of smoke in the bedroom and bathroom although theoretically a non- smoking room.

Staff were excellent and very understanding and helpful. We arrived at nearly midnight and we followed the instructions to call when we arrived. Given the code and key was on the desk. The rooms were beside each other with connecting doors as we asked. Bed was comfortable.
