Park Hotel Imperatore Adriano

The rooms were excellent, very clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly even though limited English. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Would highly recommend.

Room was nice enough and we found the beds very comfortable. I appreciated the lighted mirrors in the bathroom as this is always a challenge in hotel bathrooms. Hotel could improve by better stocking bar fridge if they are going to charge . A complimentary bottle of water would have been nice and real glasses as opposed to very flimsy plastic. Breakfast was very basic with very little variety and improvement here would go a long way. The staff were very pleasant .

Location says it is Tivoli - it is not!!’ It’s a good 4 away from Tivoli! Pictures looks liceali, bout they must have been taken 20+years ago! The Aircon only blew hot air and the whole room smelt of a really terrible toilet cleaner!!

Miserable !!no idea how Germans in your advert said bfast was Fablehaft! tiny dried up bread rolls..lukewarm yogurt..cheese cut so thin ..very strange Ham??..if you wanted scrambled eggs 3 euros extra..lots of cake if you Iike that for bfast..Sunday was a disaster no bread rolls just cheap sliced bread no small spoons for the lukewarm yogurt when we asked we were given plastic ice cream spoons

Everything..beautiful hotel from the outside..reception lovely even had an air conditioning unit which worked.. 10 euro extr for the swimming pool!!The air conditioning did not work in our room 30c !!11.30 pm we were offered another room we moved but wasn't much better..everyone we spoke to said the same no air conditioning..

This should not be a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old and the shower was moldy, no water pressure and temperature is changing itself suddenly all the time. Hair dryer is unuseable. No coffee, tea or even water-boiler in our rooms. The swimmingpool are not allowed to use. Too few parking spots.

very nice staff. rooms are clean. breakfast is delicious. the car can be parked in the hotel yard .. the pool can be used only during the day. I was satisfied. did not like that the shower heads are attached to the wall

Room smelled like smoke. When I booked I selected a room with a bath - instead I received a room with such a tiny shower ( must have been 500mm x 500mm). Toilet seat badly worn, required to cover it with toilet paper in order to use. I will mot recommend.

Fairly close to autostrada for overnight stay. Free parking in grounds of hotel.

Bar didn't offer all drinks which were advertised, and no aperitivo. Breakfast buffet was average.

Its best years are behind it; the hotel is in need of renovation. Depressing wallpaper, cramped bathrooms.

The shower was not working, The staff was highly unpleasant. They had to change my room and the heater was no working in the other room. The hotel needs badly to be renovated... I didn't want to stay since there was either no heat or not water in either room! They didn't want to reimburse me and when I insisted, they called the police! Fortunately, the police told then that they were wrong and they ended up reimbursing me.

I liked everything, the breakfast, the room, the environment. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The clean in the room is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing and they have a lot of options and you will not regret if you take one night to have dinner there.

The only problem is: if you want to go to Rome for example, you have to take a bus and a train and this will take around 1:30hr of your time. But it is a not problem if you rent a car.

The check-in and check out process was quick. The hotel is easy to find.

I think they need better breakfast options.

Location (very quiet and perfect for travelling with the car), nice and relaxing terrace and garden, parking space, restaurant

Room sound insolation (we could hear every noise in the corridor and neighboring rooms), shower (literally wasn't possible to adjust the temperature, poor drainage).
