We have stayed at this property several times over the years. We like the location, the staff and the interior.

We really don’t like the check out time being 10am.m - even on a Sunday. This is the reason why we book in another hotel when there are spaces available. Especially on Sunday checkout at 10am is unacceptable. On top of that, the breakfast is served from 8-10am. This means you really do have to wake up at 8am on a Sunday. This is certainly not encouraging for the mid-life and younger generations. The rooms are freezing in the morning. The heating works in the evening but not in a day time, at least in room 11 - The honeymoon room. I ended up spending my morning time in the restaurant as I was too cold to be in the room unless I was under the duvet. I just sat there around 1,5 hours till I had to wat or else I would have missed on what I paid for. This hotel is really nice otherwise, it’s just not quite up to modern standards yet. There are hotels close by that serve breakfast till 12pm!

We stayed in the hotel a few times before and it was very nice.

There was nobody to let us in. We booked the property at 5pm thorough booking. When we came in there was nobody there, the door was locked and nobody answers the phone. We had to find an emergency accommodation in the evening. On the next day we went to the hotel and asked for an explanation. They said that the reception is open till 5pm. In my opinion there should be no option to book the room after let’s say 4pm on the same day of the reception I closes at 5pm. The manager offered us free dinner in the restaurant that belongs to the hotel as an apologie, which we are grateful for. We would still have preferred to have somewhere to sleep on that night though.

Great price! Excellent location! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had only made the reservation for two adults, but the staff was able to accommodate my son by moving us into a bigger room and offering an additional bed for him during our stay.

No A/C. Unfortunately, we stayed over a very warm weekend and it was a mighty hot night.

Room was very ok and clean. Very quit area so sleeping with the windows open was no issue. The breakfast was good.

Check in process was confusing. Booking did not share a code for the key vault and the numbers that were indicated for calling in case of problems were not answered. In the end, a German colleague was able to reach via another number and got the code to the key vault. It would’ve been good to get this sent to us upfront, or at least notify us of the process when standing in front of the hotel.

The accommodations were comfortable and very much fitting the Pfälzer environment. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was modern with readily available hot water and good lighting. There were places (coat hooks and a Schränk) to hang up-store clothes and coats. There was complimentary carbonated (bottled) water. The best thing was the fabulous breakfast with something for all (Brötchen, cold cuts, cereals, fruit, salmon, yoghurt) as well as various jams and other spreads. The coffee and tea was served through a machine and was quite good. The hotel is also very well situated in a town with a number of various restaurants.

I actually like it when there is no daily housekeeping. I wish this was an option. The hotel suggested that if we left our towels hanging, they would not be changed (but they were changed). This is a minor matter but I always like it when hotels have environmentally friendly practices. But the hotel and its services were excellent.

Great location. Very nice room. Free parking close to the hotel. The location was right in the middle of the town within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and pretty wine bars. Close to a highway. Breakfast was very good.

Location and parking was good

The room was really dirty and we left after the first night to another place. For several hundreds of euros for 2 nights, you would expect to get a better and clean room without large stains and dirt. Breakfast starts late at 8am, so we didn't have a possibility to test that.

The location was right in the middle of the town within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Delicious and plentiful breakfast included as well.

Hotel let us check in early which was big help. We traveled in from US and had to shower and attend meeting.

Really enjoyed the coziness of this place. Staff is incredibly friendly. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you wish for and super tasty! It’s my second visit here and I will come back for sure!

Quaint Inn, Staff was friendly, and cozy. Restaurant staff helpful because we came later than expected.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always look forward to the comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast.
