Housed in a 300-year old thatched building, this family-run hotel features an on-site restaurant, and a terrace overlooking Ratzeburger See lake. Canoe and bicycle rental are available at the Nobis Krug. The bright and simply furnished rooms and apartments at the Nobis Krug include a TV, and some have an private bathroom. The hotel’s restaurant serves a menu including local Schleswig-Holstein specialties, freshly caught fish and German cuisine. Breakfast is also available daily. Nobis Krug is just 820 feet from Ratzeburger See lake, where guests can try a variety of water sports. The Baltic Sea coast is 16 mi away. The hotel is located on the Old Salt Route, and is 7.8 mi from the towns of Lubeck and Ratzeburg. Free private parking is offered on site at the Nobis Krug.

- Very clean, affordable, suitable for night stop from ferry arrived to Travemunde. Staff was very supportive. One improvement suggestion - to describe where the entrance door is. We arrived after reception hours and could not find the correct entrance for some time.
- Recently renovated room very nice and quiet. Good location.
Cons -
- Very modest breakfast for the price. Not value for the money!
