- Great location in the heart of Sulmona. Modernised flat with plenty of space.

Cons -
- The flat could do with a few more basic pieces of equipment. We would recommend an electric kettle, a toaster and possibly an air fryer. We had to buy a corkscrew and spatula for the frying pan (which we have left behind!) but it needs at least 2 cutting boards (bread and vegetables), more mugs, several sharp knives including a bread knife and supplying a tea towel - the small galley kitchen doesn't allow for a lot of washing up to be left to drip dry! The kitchen is definitely "one butt" but the attached dining room has plenty of space for an extra work top and to store other items of equipment. I would recommend the owner stays a night in their own property and they will soon realise what is missing.
