Location. Clean and modern facility. Free secure parking. Great staff

The beds, the room, sauna, breakfast, all was very good. And great helpful hospitable staff! They shared info about the area and gave us itineraries. Generally were very kind.

Warm welcoming receptionists, lovely comfortable room with view of mountains, wonderful breakfast, location perfect to access old town and surrounding area.

Excellent location at one end of the historical district and only 15 minute walk to the train station. Very Near the central park and several very fine restaurants. Be aware that all finer restaurants open at 7 pm and require reservations at least one to five days in advance.

Excellent staff and very helpful with nearby recommendations. Location is ideal, everything in walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Small family run hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Provided early check-in and a free transfer to train station upon check-out. Bountiful breakfast with many options in lovely room with view to mountains. Good sized room with large comfortable bed. Good green initiative to provide a free drink at bar in exchange for not having room made-up for a day. Sweet welcome message in room and plenty of complimentary water in room fridge!

Everything was in order - I didn’t try the spa service as I ran out of time!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. Great location for walking around the old town, and secure on-property parking. One of the best stays on our trip!

Very nice Hotel in walking distance to historic centre of Sulmona with great view into landscape. All fine, very clean, good breakfast, free car park included, pleasant staff. I much enjoyed the stay, would book again if I were in town.

Beautiful view of the mountains from my 3rd floor room.Free shuttle from the station and then again to the hospital to catch my bus back to Naples.Breakfast selection was good.Lovely milk and the cheese/meat selection was impressive.

Unfortunately the spa/pool was closed as was the restaurant in the evening for the first 2 nights.

Just a good country hotel that supplies ammenities that some 5 star hotel do not unless you ask

Very cozy and comfortable high end rooms with spacious en-suite bathroom.Great Wi-Fi, big closed parking space, nice breakfast with friendly staff and very good local produce. Nice Dinner Restaurant. Few steps to the city centre.Absolutely recommended.

Staff was extremely helpful

Room was a bit cold. I'd preferred a thicker duvet but it wasn't a big problem.

The staff was kind. There was a private parking. Basic room but with all needed commodities. Very central, so we could walk everywhere.

Old style rooms.

First of all they welcomed us in really friendly and hospitality manner. All stuff were excellent. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and warm welcome were perfect. Thanks all stuff.

Beautiful family palazzo filled with antique furnishings and art. Private, spacious and comfortable quarters. The home-cooked breakfast was superb and the coffee (lots of it) was excellent.

Could have done with some help with luggage. Bathroom was very basic. The shower was very mediocre.
