The staff were pleasant and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the location is convenient, and the dining area was tastefully decorated.

Very clean and modern place with good value. Nice breakfast. Very good location directly beside the A60 and very close to Mainz and Ingelheim. Enough free parking available right in front of the hotel.

While the Hotel was lit very well in the night, the parking spaces in front are very dark.

A lingering smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant for the first few minutes after you entered the room. The difficult logistics to go to Ingelheim if you don't have a car.

Shared bathroom, but that's my fault for not reading clearly. Room had poor heating ability. Cold throughout night. Only stairs to entrance and to rooms. Difficult with large suitcase.

Not really country side, if you are expecting a quite night, remember that you are pretty close to a motorway, hence you might want to keep the window shut.

I wasn't happy with the shared bathroom and toilet, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and tidy. I appreciated the sink in the room. The beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Free parking.

We only had 1 chair in the double room, but it wasn't a major problem. A bit of highway noise when the windows are open.

We didn't realize until after booking that our room had no bathroom, so I wasn't expecting much. But the rooms, shared toilets and showers were very clean. All the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was very good, with fresh eggs and local honey. You could tell everything had been recently renovated and well cared for. We would stay again if we are in the area!

What’s not to like? Yes it is a little bit away from the tourist trail close to an industrial area but quiet and stacks of facilities close by like supermarkets and pizzerias although you would not know when you are sitting on the hotel terrace bar. Shared bathroom facilities are better and cleaner than many private ones I have had. Staff are friendly and up front, breakfast buffet is as good as it gets.

The hotel's location is isolated, and its shared washroom facilities have proven to be nothing short of a nightmare.On the second day of my stay, as I was preparing for a conference, I found myself trapped inside the washroom due to a faulty latch. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to open the door and was left shivering in the cold for almost an hour. It was a horrifying experience, especially considering the fact that the hotel staff leaves the premises by 12 pm / 1 pm, leaving guests entirely unattended.I shudder to think about what could have happened if this incident occurred during the evening or night when no staff members were present. I implore every traveler to exercise extreme caution when using shared facilities at this hotel and, in fact, any establishment. It is essential to carry a phone at all times, even to the washroom, for your safety.The lack of proper maintenance, security measures, and the absence of staff during crucial hours are severe red flags for any traveler. I find it deeply concerning that the hotel management has not taken adequate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. My repeated calls for help went unanswered until a housekeeper intervened, and even then, it took a considerable amount of time and effort to free me from the washroom.I urge Booking.com to investigate this matter thoroughly and reconsider their association with Hotel Clement. No guest should ever have to endure such a traumatic and potentially dangerous situation during their stay. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from facing a similar ordeal.Please prioritize your safety and well-being when choosing accommodation options, and be cautious when booking at Hotel Clement.

Communication with staff, easiness of getting keys if staff Not presenting at the reception, reasonable prices easiness of getting drinks from the cooler in at the reception area. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows.

Bathroom floor was not good cleaned. Shower head was blocked and water not getting out easily.

YOung and friendly staff, hotel nicely furnished. The breakfast was delicious!
