Pros +

Loved the pleasant stay from start to finish — great check-in experience, lovely service throughout, very well-designed (modern, sleek, cozy) and in a great location. It was great to have a refillable water bottle for a Brita tap, umbrella in room, and access to all the amenities.

Cons -

Only minor thing was the cupboard at the end of the bed in room W10 which prevented me from stretching out.
