This hotel is neat and clean. The breakfast was good and hearty, and the staff was friendly. It was one of very few hotels within an hour of Munich that was not price gouging during a big trade show.

The receptionist was a little bit uneasy.. nevertheless it was overall okay.

Excellent breakfast. Great food/menu at lunch/evening. Lovely staff, very accommodating. Room, facilities and location excellent.. great bus service. Will stay here again. Would definitely recommend.

The food was good. The room was very nice. The scenery in the area was beautiful. Housekeeping staff were very polite.

The reception staff were quite rude.

Key for front door was not easy. We had to wake up the owner once out of a three night stay to help us inside.

Very nice staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, excellent WIFI & private parking space. Staff was very accommodating on every question or request we had. Also loved the superb attitude towards our dog + the complementary dog cookie in the room.

Breakfast is really good, you can freely park there and the view is breathtaking

You exceeded expectations, the price is amazing for the hotel, the amenities are excellent, the location is amazing the food is great, the town is great, the Bartender was a little gruff, might of just had a bad day but everyone else was great. The room was like a 5-star hotel for a 3-star price. The breakfast was also great although we didn't know about the assigned seating.

Room was a bit small, but adequate. The top floor room lead to a little head bumping so I would opt for rooms on the first floor.

On our second night the air conditioning didn’t work so my son and I had a hard time sleeping. We told the reception but they were not able to solve the problem.

Our room was just above the kitchen so we couldn’t start sleeping before 10 pm with our little baby The lady who did the check out was very impolite. She treated us as if we would never have done a hotel booking and payment before and described us as „stupid“

Breakfast was just okay, very strange to check in by yourself and find a complete empty hotel, the day after we saw some people but not sympathetic. Our bedroom was next to the church and so the bell woke us up at 6h then 7h and 8h, not the best if you need quiteness

They had lost the booking - they could see the confirmed booking when i showed them but they did not have it and they said it had happened before - even though they had replied to a message i had sent them, so it doesn't make sense. So they found one room for my colleague, meanwhile i had to travel half an hour away and find another hotel at 11pm at night - not impressed. They haven't even written to me to explain.

The hotel was poor. Poor lighting. Poor air con. Poor breakfast. Too expensive. Should have been 100 Euros

mix of old tradition plus new, with elevator! Love the church bells next door.
