Eisautomat, pool, breakfast, pretty sunsets from the balcony

Dinner, patio and lawn have no safety features soI couldn’t sit out with my toddler, no spa treatments available for the entire stay, parking is expensive and very tight, room was incredibly hot the entire stay

Everything. The food, the room was comfortable

The attention of the restaurant was too slow.

The place is in an excellent location. The room was big and had everything we needed. They allow dogs so it is great.

The parking is not included in the price and we find that 20 euros per night is quite expensive.

Great breakfast.

We were on the road side rather than lake side. A bit of noise from street. I would stay on the lake side next time. Parking is limited and tight.

The view of the lake was stupendous. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable.

Nobody want to speak English, very difficult if you can’t speak German.

The rooms and view are just as pictured and manicured. The included breakfast was Top. A cross between traditional continental, a bit of Bavarian, and nice all around. The Restaurant was well done. The view in autumn is amazing. The staff were great, even though I didn't speak German, they went above to make me and my family welcome. I had a noisy neighbor in the middle of the night, and the staff quickly managed the situation respectfully and confirmed resolution with me personally. I even left my jacket there, and they are sending it back to me.

The steam sauna was being cleaned in the evening before I got a chance to use it. My own fault, but unfortunate.

kitchen was closed before 9 PM on early September night. The website says 23h. Went to bed hungry.

Great location with direct access to the lake, stunning sunsets and only a short drive to Munich (30 mins) or the Alps (Zugspitze is only 90mins).

During very hot summer days an aircon would be great as rooms are very hot.

This hotel sits RIGHT on the lake and it was a breeze to walk down to the lovely lounge chairs and jump into the water. (The most clean and beautiful lake I have ever been in!) Our room overlooked the lake. It was a wonderful room with full amenities, a lot of extra space, comfy beds and even a fan. (We were there during a VERY hot spell and most other hotels didn’t have fans and NONE had air conditioning.) The balcony door stayed open all night long due to the heat without bug in sight! Just an amazing feeling space all the way around. We ate both lunch and dinner at the patio restaurant and enjoyed very well prepared meals with polite and knowledgeable servers. There were no rules about swimming in the lake, like there often is in the US, so we also went swimming again after dinner. I cannot wait to go back again, especially since we realized upon check out that they also rent bikes! Parking was free and super easy to get to.

Having air conditioning would have been amazing. At one point our room was 90 degrees.

The rooms were very hot and no air going through.The food at the restaurant was not brilliant and the choices were few and expensive.

Limited breakfast not so great, not comfy beds, no bar in the refrigerator, noisy and squeaky corridors, not much privacy in rooms, you can hear next door.

The location was amazing. The wellness area was great. The lakeside rooms have amazing views. Breakfast was very good. The staff were pleasant.

On the first evening we chose two dishes from the a la carte menu. Both were inedible and were sent back. That was the only time we visited the restaurant. Very disappointing!
