Pros +
- Location.
- No air-conditioning. The room was very hot and i could not sleep. Breakfast was very, very nasty. Not edible at all.
- The breakfast was pleasantly surprising with a nice mixture of pastries, breads, and some hot dishes. The location was within walking distance of the train station (~ 10 minutes) and the cruise port terminal (~20 minutes).
Cons -
- The room was dirty, worn, and many things didn?t work. Lights cam on and off throughout the night. The air conditioning was not enough to cool the room even on a cooler evening. Just uncomfortable even for a European hotel and we paid for a suite
- The beds and pillow were the most disappointing.
- Smell in room is terrible, the wall in painted. The squeaky floors. Everything else is ok.

We liked the location, the staff were very amiable and accommodating. The room was clean, but we didn't find the bed or pillows very comfortable. We did like the fact that they had a free breakfast.
The beds and pillow were the most disappointing.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Great continental breakfast. Quiet.

Room and bathroom
It was convenient to the port.
We were placed in a room on the floor immediately underneath their party room. There was a very loud party going on from 9pm until 12:30am, and then there was noise while they cleaned up the room and dragged chairs across the floor until 2am.
Right in the middle of town, everything you need is within walking distance and it's close to the port if you're meeting a cruise ship.
The repulsive filthy shower and dirty toilet
Location and view were great.
Beautiful older hotel. Very convenient access to cruise port
Close to train, close to port.
Location
The location was very convenient to both the train station and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning n the room worked.
The mattresses felt like they were 50 years old. They were old spring mattresses that were very noisy and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The springs actually left bruises and one made a loud noise like it broke in the middle of the night. The bathroom had mold. When we asked about a shuttle to the cruise port, they wanted 55 euros to take 3 of us less than a mile down the road. Instead we walked about a half mile to the free shuttle stop. It was a pleasant and very easy walk. By comparison, the hotel shuttle from the airport, over 30 miles away, was 170 euros.
Perfect for a pre-cruise hotel.Location is minutes to Civitavecchia train station. Faces the ocean. Nice spacious lobby with restaurant/bar indoors and outdoors.
Location
Balcony looking out over Mediterranean Sea was an ash tray for the roof top party. Management admitted it was a problem but was not receptive for a solution for the next guests.
Nice little hotel with a good bistro that is close to Civitavecchia Port. Perfect hotel on arrival or pre-departure on the ferry.
The lobby was nice. The caffe was also nice.
My room was not what was expected. Black mold in the shower. Carpet was dirty. Bed was rock hard. More of a hostel than a proper hotel
The location. The Terrace area was nice.
Room wasn't like the picture online. Hard to walk around the beds. Shower leaked all over the floor.
