Hotel Mediterraneo

Location to the port and breakfast. They offered to get a taxi for us at 15 euro each. 4 senior travelers with heavy bags.

Room description wasn't clear. The room we picked said either queen bed or 2 double. We ended up with a combo (2 bedrooms) and a bathroom. The bathrooms need updating. No hand soap at the sink, just a bottle attached to The shower wall. Just 2 of us.

No hair conditioner or wash cloths. Toilet was squeezed into too small a space. Front entrance outside hotel was very dirty. Patio had only one chair for a room that accommodates 3 people. Shower was only warm.

Close to cruise port. Quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.

The afternoon guy that checked us in was grumpy and the morning lady was really rude. The bathroom needed a serious update. There was mold on the grout and the tub didn't drain properly so when taking a shower the tub was slowly filling up

Location and cleanliness. One of front desk attendants was helpful and the other was helpful but lost her patience when she didn’t understand what we were asking. The other lady came over and helped calm her down.

Positioning of the toilet under the sink. Very uncomfortable to use the toilet. Air wasn’t very cool.

The stag was very rude I booked the room for me & my husband I had the confirmation & they still charged me for extra person telling me that I only booked for 1 person

The bathroom layout wasn’t great. The sink extended over the toilet so that you can’t sit on the toilet straight. The key to the room wasn’t very sanitary.

It’s in front of the sea

Hotel is quite old and not well kept and the rooms are small and old furnished.

Right in the centre of town very close to the train station and the port. Both facilities were an easy walk away. Nice balcony view over the sea.

Location was beside train station and close to cruise port and restaurants.

The door to the room wouldn’t open more than half way. The bathroom was tiny and old.

It was close to restaurants, town, and the ocean, and the price was reasonable.

There was mold on the ceiling of the shower; the shower was slippery—a real accident waiting to happen—and it was difficult to get in and out of; the bathroom was very crowded with the toilet situated in the corner—you could barely move to wipe yourself.

STAFF!!! Rooms have NEVER been UPDATED- walls need painting , shower handle could not stay up because of its age… I think the bathroom was from originally 1953. They do not offer any free water even in the reception area… There is no coffee no water nothing… Staff would rather be out in front vaping rather than helping folks…Paola and her little “American speaking “ helper were so rude, completely unprofessional and just made me sick every time I’d need to ask a question- awful! Also, the reception area has not been touched since probably about 1970. They have five loveseat size sofas that are leather and have been sat on by millions of people and I felt grossed out sitting on them. The property is in a great spot, but they are just using it as a money cow… Not investing not one cent into it. Just a joke.

The A/C was not working properly . The bath shower door was falling. Only 1 electrical plug was in the room- located in bathroom. It has a ramp at entrance and luggage was hard to lug in. Needs improvement!
