Clean and comfortable. Better spot to stay if you have a car.

There was no restaurant there and it was hard to get a bus to take us there. There was no Internet either but I had starlink satellite and it worked. There is nothing around there so eat in town before going.

I can’t thank enough for the staff the “older gentleman “ is amazing . I’ve had to go to a place I didn’t had transportation it was a busy road with cars and lorry’s he kindly offers to take me and asked how I was going back to the city centre I’ve said I need to walk because I need to take money that amazing human gave me 3 euros from his pocket after he drop me in the first stop to catch the bus .Honestly it isn’t a 5 start hotel but kind warm people like this you can’t find anywhere.Please book them you are in good hands

We arrived at 02:00 (ferry delayed) to find a key in the door. Great relief. The motel-style is great because we can park motorcycles outside door. Large clean room, large clean bathroom.

Out of town a bit. Need transport. Use a satnav.

This is more like a motel, not hotel. If you don't have a car there is no place to go for food or water. Separate beds were small.

Staff very helpful and offered to drive us to the local shopping centre.

The description said there is a restaurant next door but they didn't say it is always closed. Therefore no food available close to hotel.No kettle for tea or coffee. Only tap water.

It's way out of city. Not even cab drivers wanted to take us. No restaurant as listed, no breakfast and nothing to eat within 3 km.

The rooms were very clean and beautifully finished with nice tile and perfectlypainted walls.The exterior was a wide open terracee in a country like location.The location is 10 miiutes by Taxi to the crjuise port.

The restaurant and bar had closed.. The family was unable to keep it viable due to finances.The manager was very kind and helpful. All the help are members of the family who own the hotel and many acres around the property. We liked it. Very much.

We rang to tell them we would be late checking in due to travel delays and when we arrived at the train station there were no taxis or buses. We understood that they operated a shuttle service to the hotel but they didn't and we were unable to get to the hotel. We were forced to book into another hotel after 2 hours trying to get to the Samarcanda. It was 2am before we got a room. Really bad experience and a disastrous start to our holiday.

The room is spacious, air-conditioned, quiet. Wifi is stable.

There are no cutlery or glasses in the room, and there is no refrigerator either.

Very far from city center. No breakfast, no transportation to go anywhere, bus stop is a quite distant from hotel, no place to eat nearby.Person in charge of the hotel does not speak a language other than Italian

Location is a kind of Motel. Room was perfect size and restructured for a one night break before or after Ferry Civitavecchia and also bathroom clean and big.Restaurant was closed unfortunately when we arrived as late in the evening so we arranged beforeBut if timing fits it is easy to access by feet so relax!Big Private Parking. And Very Calm area.

Quality of Roads from Port to Hotel is a disaster especially in motorbike so be careful especially by nightAlso entrance to Hotel is not very brightFor Motorbike note that the entrance and parking have some gravels but ok to handle if you go slowly.Missing a drinks and coffee distributor to access especially when restaurant is closed. I would highly suggest this investment to the owner to give added service before and after the ferry would be more then welcome and also give returns!
