Perfect location for the port. Received a welcome adult beverage when we arrived! Wonderful staff who went above and beyond! We gave them hugs when we left

Quaint hotel, boutique style. Excellent staff, great breakfast. Walking distance to cruise port. Also near market and easy to walk everywhere!

Newly renovated, very clean. Staff was friendly. Location was central between train station and the port.

We did not choose to have the breakfast as we are not big breakfast eaters. The location was great as there were shopping areas and restaurants clseny.

Apparently they had run out of milk for the in room coffee maker, so I made tea instead. Minor issue….

Location, Johnny and Ana, and the continental breakfast was great.

Not too much but it is kinda wild that they music both live and DJ on some nights right outside the hotel. It was not to loud for me, but if you are noise sensitive you should consider this.

Breakfast and location were outstanding…the property was redone and NEW within the older neighborhood…!!!

Everything! The owners were charming and helpful. Location was great. Cleanliness. Air condition. Rooms were totally renovated.

The management and staff were extremely courteous and helpful and gracious. Brimming with hospitality. The facility was clean and safe, the room was clean and comfortable with windows that opened to the street below to enjoy the small town charm. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty; more than enough food, drink and coffee. We regret that we could only spend just one night in this property and this town; I think it would be a wonderful place to base out of as you explore the surrounding area.

Nothing. We liked everything about this property and Civitavecchia. If you have seen Rome before, then do yourself a favor, and spend 2-3 days here in this town before or after your next cruise. You will find it much more relaxing and far less hectic than Rome.

We spent one night here before boarding our cruise. It was walkable from the train station and the shuttle to the port, plus close to many restaurants for dinner. Exactly what I was looking for. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

Great communication with instructions from Anna via WhatsApp, smooth easy checkin and out, loved the high-pressure shower, miraculously clean, has water kettle in the room was a plus, and basically well-equipped and very cozy and comfortable.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The place is very clean with an excellent breakfast. The location is steps from restaurants and the market. Will highly recommend to anyone taking a cruise to book this hotel.

Central location - easy walk to everything we wanted.Anna - she was so helpful both before and during our stay.

This small hotel is perfect for anyone overmnighting in Civitravecchia. It's decor is white and gray -- very simple. Everything is superclass. Anna the hostess is charming and hpful and the breakfast is a delicious range of breads and pastries. The street it's in is not attractive but the hotel is excellent and value for money.

Great location to go for tours or shop see the old city

Little noisy at night so we had to keep the windows closed which wasn’t bad, you have heat when it is cold or AC if hot. But we did hear a thumping beat from the bar until around 1:30. We used a sound machine that we brought.

This was our second stay at Hotel Porto di Roma. It was just as wonderful as our first! The staff is welcoming, sincere and kind. Have to add a special thanks to Anna :-)! Room was great, breakfast was great, and the location is perfect. We are looking forward to the next time we visit Civitavecchia pre or post cruise - we will certainly be back! Thank you for another delightful stay.

It is a small botique hotel. The communications before arrival were excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was surprisingly modern.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and welcomed us with a drink. The room was very clean with an easy access via an elevator. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of tasty food!!! Shuttle to port easily arranged ahead of our arrival. Highly recommend!
