    Pros +

    • The restaurant, the view, and the communication were excellent.
    • Great food.
    • The staff was friendly and helpful who was able to get us a ride to the port earlier than had been previously offered.

    Cons -

    • Being charged for water when the water available in the room was non-drinkable.
    • Bed was hard. Room 46
    • Where yo begin? Taxis at the train station did not want to drive us there. We finally found a taxi driver who had a lot of trouble finding the hotel over rough, bumpy roads. The room itself was relatively clean, but the bathroom provided no potable water.

Location picturesque but remote hills. 60euros to go into town which was so close we could see it down the hill.Getting to the hotel cost 200euros.The young woman running the place was wonderful, doing literally everything except cooking. I am sorry I do not know how her name. The place is very clean but tired. Old bedspreads, cracked sidewalks. Trans port was iffy time then 7 people crammed in van with all luggage including 2 wheelchairs.

See aboveTransport roughNot in town and expensive transport for short distance Alittle seedy in places

Convenience to the many attractions in Rome. The manager was very accommodating letting us keep our luggage in the room before it was check-in time.

    The room was very small.

    7PatriciaPosted on: 10-12-2025

The restaurant and food was great.

Outside of townand very rural setting with horses and cows around. Without a car we were stranded. There are no seats outside at all.

Breakfast was continental good and relaxing. A quiet room and you were out in the country. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

A little further away from activities but the staff was more than willing to drive you into town

Breakfast was ok. Some fruit would be a nice addition. Service was very good.

The bed was way to hard. Had difficulty getting a good nights sleep.

The views and enviroment around terrace and pool are amazing, but the pool was closed at 20:00 pm so we couldn't use.The restaurant looks nice, i haven't tasted it but it definately looked good. I won't be back at the Hotel so nevermind.

No staff at reception to inform you about anything, they drop the keys in the restaurant and suit yourself.Very low quality breakfast, it is a shame in Italy to throw english sandwich bread and dry lemon cake, so sad. They were too interested for restaurant reservations, imo the restaurant is their main bussiness and the hotel is the side one.Big birthday party at the restaurant, which was side by side with our room, so we enjoyed music and drunk singing until late hours.Place is infected with bees and wasps, big chinese ones, nested on the wooden rafters around all premises, very dangerous for allergic people. Definately they need to consult some infestation experts.

    Dinner available on-site.

The shower door was broken and replaced by a curtain that was too long.

Oh my! A lovely true Italian stay! The staff exceeds exceptional! Stefania was the absolute best!!! And the owners - who we saw in the restaurant (which was fabulous as well), were so kind! We truly enjoyed our stay here - away from the busy city. A place I will never forget!!❤️

    Nothing!

Away from everything. Very quiet. Has animals (cattle horses chickens cats dogs) which I love. Staff is super!!

    8PatriciaPosted on: 3-14-2025

For us the location was perfect, we have two small dogs so it was nice to be out of the city and there was plenty of space to walk them. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant is incredible.

The room is sparce, there is no real seating except for the bed and one chair.

    8RaymondPosted on: 11-17-2024

It’s convenient if you’re taking a cruise or driving to Rome Airport like we did. It’s got lots of free parking for guests. Just 67 KM to Rome Airport. The highway is close by.

It’s old and dated. For a night or two it’s fine.

    10EileenPosted on: 11-7-2024

Stayed there because we have 2 large service dogs. Although we didn't let them off leash, we have long leashes, they enjoyed the grassy area. The room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The restaurant was quite good and a good selection of wines from Italy. The food was also very good. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to the ship. The taxi was one of the few that took us on the pier directly to the entrance of our ship. They handled the luggage, which was 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Would return again. Too bad we didn't get there several days earlier as it was quite enjoyable.

Only problem was that we don't speak Italian and when we checked in there was no one there who spoke English. The rest of the stay there was always someone in the restaurant and at the desk that spoke English.
