Pros +
- This place is like an old-fashioned inn, with an intimate dining room and warm reception from the hosts as soon as we got there - we felt cared for. The entire property was charmingly beautiful, with a nice outdoor dining area.

- Small hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, outside downtown bustle.
Cons -
- A little worn but ok.
- Room was very dirty and towels were stinking.
- The hotel is a little removed from the main area of Civitavecchia. When walking, services were a little limited as many places (restaurants near by) were closed as we were there off season. Just something your customers should be aware of.

A little worn but ok.
Free drop to the port. Very prompt in answering questions.
Room was very dirty and towels were stinking.
The staff here were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the cruise terminal worked really well for us.

Close to port
Off the beaten path for restaurants
The morning breakfast was very good. The selection of food was diverese. The room used a different card system for the electrical that I am not familiar using, but figured it out. The room was dark and one of the lights did not work on the bedside stand. The bathroom had the bear essentials and adequate. The TV was very complicated to use and only Italian channels were available, not so good for me, I do not understand Italian. The staff were very polite and courtesous. The shuttle service was accommodating to my needs as well.
The room was a bit dark and a little musty. The TV was very complicated to sue and only Italian channels were avialble, not so good for me, I do not understand Italian.
Dinner and breakfast was good. Location to the Port was good. Pickup service from the airport was helpful, a bit pricey. The staff were very pleasant and spoke English. The hotel was close to the cruise port. The location was quiet and off the main road.
Electrical was a bit dated and needs an upgrade. TV was challenging to figure out. Light was broken at bed side.
Not far from the port in Civitavecchia, a shuttle to our ship for 5 € each made easy access to our cruise. Friendly staff. Great food some of the best we had in three weeks in Italy. . Breakfast delicious with plenty of choices, dinner choice of one of two fixed menus for the half board we had reserved, pasta sauces perfect, flavorful, delicious, lots of seafood. Bravo!
Close to downtown and cruise port
No A/C
The family and late dinner, the kitchen was still open for us arriving 22.30hrs
The place near cruise terminal
Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Facility is a relatively good distance from everything without being too far away.
Albeit a little last minute, the facility is not fully integrated into (updated with) Booking.com's system. I scheduled my room roughly an hour or two before arrival, but the front desk was not tracking my reservation. Very small TV. Porch area outside of room could have used a good sweeping and/or mop. No real way to check out before 6.00am; This likely isn't a problem for most, but was not convenient for my travel arrangement.
The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful. There were a few things (the safe needed a battery, we couldn't get the AC to come on, the refrigerator didn't cool) that needed fixing, but since we were there for only 1 night, it wasn't worth the trouble of trying to get them fixed for our stay. I'm sure they would have fixed them if we had asked. The hotel restaurant was great for dinner. The included breakfast was fantastic. The shuttle to the cruise ship for only €5 was a bargain and worked wonderfully. They dropped us off right at the ship.
There were very few restaurants or shops nearby.
Staff were great! Room was clean. Restaurant at hotel was fabulous.
Room was not as luxurious as it appeared online.
Great location to stay at before heading to our cruise. Hotel offered a shuttle to the Port and the driver was very very nice! My daughter liked watching the cats that live on the property.
Dinner at the restaurant was convenient, however it took a long time to be served. Steak was very overdone. Breakfast was underwhelming, coffee was not good. Our room 115 had a musty smell to it.
Dinner was delicious. Staff was friendly. Hotel had a very European vibe
Decor could use some updating
Breakfast was adequate, dinner was very good and the room itself was decent but the bathroom needed some repair work, the ceilings paint was peeling off, the directions for receiving tv audio in english were vague so we had to ask and then figure it out ourselves. To make the lighting in the room work you need to use your room key in the wall device, however that means when you leave the room you need to take the key out, when we asked for a second key we were denied
there is really nothing around the hotel itself. unfortunately it was extremely warm and walking far wasn't an option and it was a Sunday afternoon
We really had a good time the atmosphere was very family oriented and staff was beyond amazing and helpful. We had dinner and the food was very good !
The hotel does need to be upkept it’s a little dirty in the bathroom areas some wall paper is coming off
The staff was exceptional. They were helpful, informative, and friendly. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Every thing was fine, the property is a bit away from the port and it’s not easily walkable. But the staff was more than happy to transport us for a very reasonable fee.
The owner/concierge Alessandro was fantastic. Spoke English and went out of his way to help. He reserved a van to take us to the port for a nominal fee and also made a reservation to take us after cruise to Rome and even made a restaurant reservation in Rome. He went above and beyond to help me. We also enjoyed a beautiful Italian dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and also a very nice breakfast was included. A great value and a family business.
Basic rooms - not fancy but were clean and certainly adequate
